There is something restorative about cherry blossoms. Maybe it is because they are among the first to bloom in profusion, and we can bury ourselves in them after the barren winter. I prefer to think that there is a magic in there too.
I love hijiki, but I none of my kids would eat it. I wonder if they would eat it now, as adults?

Yeah I think that's why we appreciate the sights of cherry blossoms as you said we been through the long winter and kind of magical to see they are blooming so delicately after those chilly barren winter!
If they like seafoods, I think they would love the taste of sea flavors coming from hijiki. I only started to have hijiki in my diet after get to know about them rich in iron, else I might not getting them too, as they look weird actually 😅
