Hello everyone, especially the people of steem Japan. Hope that everyone is doing fine. Please allow me to share with you one of our native food in the Philippines which is the passive fish/Judō-tekina Sakana. This recipe is one of the easiest processes. And this can also be cook here in Japan as what I did today. I've cooked this recipe today because I missed our native foods.
Here are the ingredients.
1/2 kilo of fish/ Sakana
Ginger
Chilli Red or Green
Salt fish cubes
1 cup of Vinegar
Since there is no fish cubes seasoning here in Japan you can just use salt to taste. After preparing all the ingredients put them all in the cooking utensils and cook.
