この数日福岡はとても寒いので、スーパーで食料品を買いこんで、相変わらずの引きこもり生活です(笑)

It's been very cold in Fukuoka for the past few days, so I've been stocking up on groceries at the supermarket and staying indoors as usual!
ところで私は2年前のこの時期に台湾へ旅行へ行きました。
By the way, I went on a trip to Taiwan two years ago around this time.
それもあってこの時期になると食べたくなるものがあります。
That's why I want to eat something this time of year!
それは台湾のストリートフード、「胡椒もち」です!
It's a Taiwanese street food called "Hujiao bing"!
台湾に行った初日に小さい路面店でおばちゃんが焼いている胡椒もちを食べたんですが、それが忘れなくて。。。
なので時々自分で作って食べるのです。
On my first day in Taiwan, I ate it baked by a lady in a small street store, and I never forgot it.
So I sometimes make and eat them myself.
お肉に材料を全部入れてコネコネ。
Add pork mince and all ingredients to a bowl and mix them together.
生地もコネコネ。
Knead the dough.
生地にタネを包んでオーブンで20分。
Wrap the meat with the dough and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
発酵もしなくていいので意外に短時間でできました!
しかもおいし〜!!!
So easy, no need to ferment!
And it's delicious!
