Morning:

I woke up at 09:45 this morning. I routinely wash my hand and face. Then I brushed my teeth. After taking a shower with warm water, I started to prepare meatballs for myself in the oven to start the day more energetic. Although it was early in the day, I wanted to make mini meatballs with veal + spices + breadcrumbs. I would like to briefly explain how this dish is made. If you have 250 grams of veal at home, you can easily make this meatball. Put 250 grams of beef, 1 egg, onion, bread crumbs, your favorite spices and parsley in a mixing bowl, then mix the ingredients. Then shape it with your hand like my meatballs. Then add a little oil to the oven, add the meatballs. Then you can put an optional half tomato and two peppers on the sides of the tray. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

Turkey is seen to the west of continental climate. That's why summers are hot and dry. Cold water is what we most need in summer. :) I bought my refrigerator about 5 years ago and it wasn't cooling as I wanted anymore. I went to the largest shopping center K.I.P.A, which is about 15 minutes away, and looked at the refrigerator prices from the electronics section there. In the afternoon, I watched my favorite cooking show, MasterChef, on youtube. Recently, I couldn't spare a lot of time for myself because I was checking the set up of SteemFoods Community and the competitions I organized. :) Today Danilo Chef taught how to make the softest and tastiest hamburger bread at home in one hour. I can say that the most important thing for hamburger bread is made of Roux. I'll be telling you how it's done one day in the SteemFoods community.

Evening :

There was a cup match of Chelsea, one of my favorite England teams, on TV today. That's why I watched the Chelsea-Barsnley game on TV. Chelsea played with the ace squad, their young and talented forward Tammy Abraham scored the first goal, the match ended 6-0. It was an incredibly enjoyable game. We can say that his new transfers scored three goals in Kai Havertz and he proved himself. :)
