I just joined this community because I think sharing fitness stories with other people helps staying motivated and helps finding new motivation ๐๐ป
I wanted to ask if anyone has heard about whoop before or even uses one for tracking body strain, recovery and sleep? I wear mine since a week now and I am totally excited about the data I get from it.
It tracks the heartbeat 24/7 and based on the data gives advise on how you should train the next day or how much sleep your body needs to fully recover. I think thats amazing ๐คฉ
Whats your trick to staying motivated and keep on training?
Unfortunately, this group doesn't have a great deal of interaction in it, yet. Hopefully that will change. I have not heard of this "whoop" you refer to but i would imagine it works with some sort of sport watch or perhaps even those new bracelets or rings that just hit the market? Do tell.
