The movie revolves around Boston, Massachusetts. Boston mob boss Frank Costello puts his attendant in the police detective branch. State police, on the other hand, tried to get their men into Costello's gang to gather evidence, and succeeded. But only two police officers know it. At some point both parties know that a "rat" has entered their house, meaning that there are attendants. Then began the game of catching the 'rats' of the two sides.
