The roller-coaster of my thoughts take me to Istanbul Turkey My craving for the city has emanated from the thrilling novel The Basterd of Istanbul authored by Elif Shafak. I always dream exploring the rich architecture of Istanbul and have coffee in fictitious cafe that is discussed in the book.
Before undertaking this imaginary journey I would take a moment to invite my friends @aamir07, @zeewanee and @alexan1 to partake in this contest.
1. A dream place or country that you want to visit? Location of your main destination and state what you want to achieve there
Travelling to the Historic Istanbul City would be relishing the different Turkish-special cuisines, shopping in famous Grand Bazar and visiting other architecturally-rich places. I dream of mounting atop the Galata Tower and enjoy panoramic view of the hustle-bustle in the markets, rowing boats, and scurrying vehicles. All this I want to enjoy while sipping coffee with my mind exploring the uncharted arena and dripping nice creativity.
After coming down I want to take a boat in Golden Horn, a major waterway in Istanbul, watch the tower at distance while enjoying the putter-patter of the water.
2. Which company do you want to serve your trip?
I'll not only undertake a thorough research on Internet but also ask around and pick up any company that is Govt. accredited, has a good reputation, matches the guest demography and has a better schedule. I will also check other aspects and pick any company that is convincing. Honestly, I haven't undertaken any research regarding the company for the simple reason of this being an imaginary preparation for the tour. Let it await for the real time :)
3. Which payment method will you use, Crypto STEEM or FIAT? Give your reasons!
Everybody who is into crypto thing would definitely give crypto a shot. In the heart of our hearts we all want Crypto to go mainstream.
To answer this question: my payment method will depend on the establishments that I do business with. If they accept crypto, I'll not give it a 2nd thought and if they are still hinged on fiat I'll have no other option but to stick to fiat.
4. How much travel costs will you incur to reach your destination? convert to STEEM values !
The cost of 10-day trip from my place to Istanbul may range from 200,000/- INR that is equivalent to 10,947.5610 STEEM as per the current market value. Of course the shopping and other things will add to it.

5. Will STEEM be able to help you achieve your dreams? Write your feedback!
May 2023 will complete the 3rd year of my interaction with STEEM. I have come to know STEEM is as good a currency as hard cash. Needless to say its value increases day by day. I described it as hard currency just to sound assuring keeping in view the introduction of crypto in our locality. I haven't cashed out much STEEM given my long term plans but my stint with STEEM doesn't leave me with any doubt about it regardless of the turbulent times.
It can definitely help me achieve some of my dreams and if I put more efforts into Steemit and make long term investment it can go on making me financially independent and that will be the realisation of my other dreams as well.
I think you are the very first user that is dreaming to come to Turkey, specifically to Istanbul which is a great city to get involved with a great energy and willingness to enjoy a good travel experience. So, keep doing working really hard to achieve it. Regards.
Note: try to make extra effort of research to address items for the contest. Your budget needed a bit of more development in details too.
