hello dear steemit friends...!Assalamualaikum hope you all are doing well. I'm fine too. I am very happy to participate in this competition. I love to cook. So I came to participate in this contest.
I made this dish in 10 minutes. I have described all the ingredients I used to make this dish in this post.
Ingredients I used to make this dish

These ingredients are to be prepared for cooking and I have described here how to prepare them

Chop the onion finely with a knife

Finely chop the raw chillies with a knife

Then put onions, raw chillies, cooking turmeric, salt, masala batter together in a small bowl.

Then mix these together and mix well

After mixing the ingredients well, break the egg into it and pour it into the bowl.

Then take a spoon

Then take a pan and pour soybean oil in it

Then heat the oil in a pan with a sleeve

Spread the oil in the pan like this

Then pour these eggs into the hot oil of the pan

After pushing the egg into the pan, use the sleeve to spread the egg all over the pan.

After putting the egg through the sleeve, leave it for a minute so that the egg is cooked properly.

Then flip the egg over and keep for another 1 minute.
After leaving the egg in the pan for a minute you take this egg in a bowl and now this egg is cooked now this egg can be eaten.
I cooked this dish in eight minutes and I took a selfie with this dish
I have had this egg fried rice and I love eating this egg fried rice.
