Assalamu Alaikum my dear friends, how are you all? I hope everyone is doing very well by the grace of Allah and living a very beautiful life.Alhamdulillah I am also very well by the grace of Allah Pak.Today I am going to share with you the great taste of winter vegetable fry recipe.Every one of us should include some vegetable in our daily diet to stay healthy. Because vegetables contain various types of vitamins and nutrients which are very beneficial for our human body.And the vegetables that I am going to share today are very beneficial for our human body. Without further ado let's start today's recipe.
Required Materials:
Nutritious Winter Vegetable Fry Recipe:
- Spinach 500 grams.
- 500 grams of cabbage.
- 300 grams of ripe tomatoes.
- One cup of chopped onion.
- Half a cup of chopped green chillies.
- Four tablespoons of minced garlic.
- One table quantity of turmeric powder.
- One cup of soybean oil.
- Salt like amount.

To prepare this vegetable bhaji recipe, first prepare the vegetables.First of all, the tomatoes, cabbage and spinach should be cut into small pieces. And all the vegetables should be washed with water.

After coming to the second step, the rest of the spices should be prepared.First, one cup of onion should be chopped.Then grind half a cup of green chillies. And 4 tablespoons of garlic should be finely chopped.

After that, to prepare the vegetable stir-fry recipe, first place a pan on the stove. And then pour One cup of soybean oil on the pan.Then the chopped spices ie onion, chilli, one table of turmeric powder should be added with salt. Then cook for one to two minutes.

Then when the spices are lightly cooked.Then the cut vegetables ie tomatoes, cabbage and spinach, these vegetables should be left on the pan.And cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

Then after cooking for 5 to 6 minutes you can see the color of the vegetables change.Then the vegetables should be cooked very carefully and should be stirred. And care should be taken so that the vegetables do not stick to the curry. Cook like this for another four to five minutes.
Step 6,,
After stirring the vegetables, when all the water in the vegetables dries up and the vegetables are cooked completely, then these vegetables should be taken down on a bowl.And this is how I cook this nutritious vegetable bhaji recipe complete very easily and with few ingredients.Hope you like it.
