Competition Our main food is Fish and Rice Bengali

We live in bangladesh we are called fish and rice bengali we are bengali because we live in rural environment and we grow paddy in the land we get rice from there many fish are farmed in the pond and we need to eat rice if we want to survive eat any food other than rice It is impossible to survive

Our main food is rice also we often eat many things in the morning we eat bread with rice flour rice bread is also very delicious to eat.

Fish and non-vegetarian food which helps to provide nutrition for our body we often eat rice with fish three times a day we eat rice but we should eat food in quantity as much as we need to enter our body and if we eat too much it will cause problems for our body. can

So we eat as much food as we need to keep our body healthy

We all know that eating small amounts of food every time I eat food will be very beneficial for our body. But we should be careful we always try non-vegetarian food. which is in fish when we travel somewhere we don't want to eat any food other than fish we are bengalis that's why we like fish mostly it has benefits for the body

We eat different cooked curries to taste the food like fish meat egg has different food taste inside but one food cannot be tasted with other food. We eat one food first and then another
