As this contest is about to tell about the dish that is under 30 minutes means that you can cook within 30 minutes or less than 30 minutes so here I am presenting a very delicious dish to you guys it is also very beneficial for the health and also I will tell you somethings about dish according to the rules of the contest.
•The picture that I show you above you can see that it's a recipe that is cooked by me within less than 30 minutes.
•I will give you the tutorial of this recipe step by step.
Step 1:
•This is a step one means this is a starting step to make this recipe and you have to take one cup of oats floor to make this recipe.Oats floor are very beneficial for health I will also give you the benefits of old that how they benefits you.

•Oat flour offers colorful health benefits. For illustration, it reduces the threat of heart complaint, helps lower bad cholesterol, controls the blood sugar position, regulates blood pressure, aids weight operation, and improves digestive health. likewise, it benefits children, grown-ups, and pregnant women.
•After taking one cup of oats add one cup of milk in it milk is also very nutritious for health.

•Milk is one of the most nutritional drinks in the world. It's not only rich in high- quality protein but also an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, similar as calcium, vitamin B12, and riboflavin. For this reason, it may cut your threat of osteoporosis and reduce blood pressure.
•Stirr both the ingredients very well until they give you a homogenous mixture as shown under:
Step 2:
•After mixing the oats floor and milk you have to add something in it but before again another thing in it should be a homogeneous mixture of both things.
•First of all you have to chop one small size onion along with 4 to 5 green chillies and you also have to chop or grate a small size carrot but you have to use half carrot for this purpose and you can also add the coriander leaves in it because the recipe that I am going to share with you is vegetable omelette.
•You have to add all ingregents one by one as I am showing you first ingredient which is onion adding in the picture.
•Add one ingredient in the mixture of oats and milk and continuously stirr all the ingredients.Main point is to add all ingredients one by one so that you may not feel any difficulty while mixing.
•In the above picture you can see that I have a good all the ingredients that was necessary for making this recipe.
Step 3:
•Now this is the third step and you have to add all the spices of this recipe.
•Spices includes two teaspoons of red chilli two tea spoons of salt 1 table spoon of tumeric powder and you can also add black pepper and also add some spices that are common you can also add hot spices in it if you like more spicy things.
•Spices will not be health friendly because it's a much nutritious food so don't spoil its taste and its health friendly things just by adding more spices in it.

•In this step you just have to take another bowl and add 3 eggs one by one in this bowl and mix all the eggs well now as you guys already know that eggs are very beneficial for health so I am also telling you below the some health benefits of eggs.

•Now you just have to take a frying pan and add 4-5 table spoons of oil in it and then for your mixture into the frying pan after the oil starts get warm.
•Cook the both sides of egg one by one and give 4 to 5 minutes per side so that your egg May cook properly.

•Now I want to discuss the answers of some questions.
•Eggs become rotten more fast than other dishes but you can take some precautions to save them and to keep them fresh and nutritious for several hours.
•The precaution to keep the vegetable omelette fresh and nutritious for several hours is to store it or safe it in a dry place and cool place otherwise it will become rotten if you keep it in a warm place or moist place.
•While cooking aquat male yes there are some kitchen tools and appliances which are beneficial and can give you benefit in cooking a quick meal.
•Your burner should be of good quality so that you may increase or decrease the flame easily.

•The answer for this question is very simple that the dish that I cooked I used three eggs in making this dish so 3 people can easily eat this dish and you can also cook it for many people by changing quantity of the ingredients
•If we talk about some peoples who are conscious in weight loss they also can eat it there is nothing in it that is not health friendly and that can increase your weight.
