Recipe Use ingredients
- One and a half kilos of fish
- A cup of oil
- Two onions
- Two lemons
- A piece of ginger
- Garlic as required
- Two tomatoes
- A tablespoon of red pepper
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Green coriander as required
First I washed the fish with flour. We wash it with flour so that it smells good. Then I chopped the onions and tomatoes finely. Then I added garlic, ginger and Grated green peppers.
While cooking the fish, I took oil in a frying pan and put onion in it. When the color of onion became light brown, then I put garlic, ginger and green chilli paste in it. Then I put red pepper, turmeric and salt in it and fried all these things well.
Then I put fish in it and put lemon juice in it. And put it on low heat for half an hour. Now we put green coriander in it.
It has to be cooked well until the fish is completely tender, it will take about 20 to 25 minutes. It is good for food that is enjoyed as soon as you eat it, so the lower the heat you cook it, the higher quality it will be.
