- By eating Amlaki in any way, the body gets cold. In case of hiccups or vomiting, you can get relief if you mix it with amlaki juice and drink it twice or thrice daily.
- Amalaki is useful for increasing beauty by removing facial blemishes. Making a paste of it and applying it to the face makes the skin clean and bright. Apart from this, wrinkles are also reduced.
