For those of you that love snappy meals; I mean meals that are fast and easy to make, especially for breakfast you need to check out this piece.....

Have you ever heard of Granola? What's the first thing that comes to mind? Weight loss?
First of all, you have to get rid of the notion that "granola is eaten by people who are weight-conscious"
Let me start by gisting on its makups: Granola is a toasted mixture of oats, nuts, dried fruits, seeds, and sweeteners such as honey or sugar, and oil for browning.
There are no specific list of ingredients for granola, it can be made with any combination of nuts or grains as peoples likes and choices varies. It can be eaten as breakfast, snack food and even taken to outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, because it can be easily reserved, and it's lightweight.
Most types of granola are rich in protein and fibre. Meals rich in protein and fibre can sate your appetite over a long period of time. Granola supports weight loss by restraining your calorie intake the presence of protein affects ur ability to quickly get famished. Also,it's high fibre content lessens the resulting risk of heart disease and hypertension. Depending on the particular ingredients used, the nutritional profile can differ extensively. Some combinations are low in fat and calories, while others are outstanding in fat and calories due to the increased amounts of protein and fiber. Other essential micronutrients include iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, selenium, B vitamins, and vitamin E. However, health consideration emanates when examining the amount of sweeteners and oil used for making crunchy granola clusters.

Homemade granola is so simple to prepare as it takes about 15 minutes to 20 minutes, also it is inexpensive to put together at home to purchasing it at a shop.

Here's the procedure;
-Heat oven to a considerable heat
-Put in ur choices ingredients, and then the oil, honey and vanilla or chocolate all in a large bowl except for the dried fruits and coconut, and stir.
-Stir the mixture while baking to prevent burning and as well maintain a loose consistency.
-After about 10 minutes you can add the dried fruits and allow to heat for about another 10 minutes.
You can decide to to add yoghurt, milk or whipped cream.

And here goes your meal ready in less than 30minutes...
