A golden dough, with a soft and fluffy texture, chocolate chips, with an incredible vanilla aroma that makes you want to try them.

How can I prepare this novel snack at home??

INGREDIENTS	AMOUNT
White sugar	200 grams
Brown sugar	100 grams
Butter	225 grams
Eggs	1 unit
All-purpose flour	200 grams
Vanilla	A splash
Salt	A pinch
Chocolate drops	200 grams

Mix the white sugar with the brown sugar, add the butter and the egg and continue mixing with a wooden paddle, until the mixture is homogeneous.

Add the vanilla and flour, sift the flour over the mixture and mix little by little, finally add the chocolate goths and keep the mixture in the freezer for two hours. Make balls of approximately 25 grams and bake at 250 ºC for 30 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are already toasted.
