It has come to an end of another week, which is week 9 of being steem representative.

Last week was a successful one as I was able to carry out my duties effectively to my best ability.

It was a tutorial week which I take time to educate all the newbies that are in my inbox on how to make a good quality and interesting post. It was really interesting as I find joy in helping them one after the other.

I was very busy due to the outbreak of cholerae in my country, I was on duty and really busy trying to safe life, there were much patient with cholera in my hospital both adults and children, I will write about it on my blog.

On my curation days, I worked on the blog reading and verifying post before giving vote to users. I worked cooperatively with my team to make the week a success, it was indeed successful and @edgargonzalez made the report for the week

My activities

My activities was fine,

I went round the blog to support some steemians with quality post free from plagiarism, I wasn't limited to few communities or countries I spread my vote evenly distributed, upvoted 220 posts.

My Observations/suggestions

I observed that some newbies are not familiar with the engagement challenge contest due to the fact that they are new on the blog. They don't really understand the rules and regulations of some communities because most of them feel reluctant to read rules which has made them float on the platform.

Therefore, I humbly suggest that the steemit nursery community should be reactivated for newbies to be making their diary game posts, original and creative contest should be organised which will require them to use their original photographs free from plagiarism to make post. They will be more encourage to write about their niche there too. At least they can write here for some time till they are used to the system and can now upgrade their writing skills.

This will also help identify new users and genuine ones and be guided properly rather than them going about making post in communities which they don't really understand the rules and end up being discouraged when cautioned on what to do.

This new week I will come up with interesting motivational post to help newbies to stay active and power up their steem and to support other users on the blog. It will be interesting so please stay tuned
