I have not participated in any engagement matches this week as all the engagement matches are over. However, I had prepared and posted an application for conducting engagement matches. For that I was consulting with my steemit friends through Discord. Also I had prepared and posted the application for the community post for this September. And apart from this I have participated in some contests and posted my posts.
Apart from this I have encouraged many people through my and community account and in our community I have been looking at booming support work so I have selected the eligible places and sent them to get booming support and I am powering up my club so that my club is becoming #club75 Currently my steam power is 47,210 in my SP wallet.

Applications.
I've been preparing and posting applications for hosting of Engagement contests season 20 and Community Curators for September that announced on Steamitblog this week in Black Color, in one of which I've created a teaching team and prepared and applied for the both. Powerup.
This week, I also took part in the #steemironchef community's powerup challenge and achieved a powerup of 152.840 sp. In order for my overall steem power to rise to 47,210 spPOWER-SIC Week 32 - 152.840 SP

Organizing Contests.
I conducting contests such as "Powerup and win", and "Food Diary Game" every week. This week also, I started a new contests called "HWC CONTEST 77 Powerup and win week 52," and food diarygame which is currently running successfully and receiving a lot of entries. Moreover, I have given Booming Support as rewards for the winners of the previous week. HWC contest #77: POWER UP & WIN - WEEK 52
Diarygame.
Since I'm really interested in diary writing, the idea of producing diary game articles for Steemit excites and inspires me. This week, I also posted two diary game entries, one of which contained a thorough description and photos of my visit to the driving school with my daughter.:The diary game // Better life // 24.08.2024.
Conclusion.
As a Steem representative I am proud to hold this position. And I know the responsibilities of this position well. The person who is a Steem representative should be an example to the other members in Steemit and follow the rules and regulations of Steemit well. At the same time the new comers should be taught the rules and regulations of Steemit and guide them. So I hereby promise that I will follow all the above and be a good Steem representative.
