Home remedies for back pain
Apply heat treatment to the point of the back where you felt the pains using a heat pad or hot water bottle between 15to 30 minutes.
Use of cold / ice treatment,Apply ice block wrapped in a blanket or towel directly to your back for 15 to 30 minutes.
Use of acupressure therapy, Acupressure at the point of back pain, helps to circulate blood flow to various organs including your back and enhance relief from back pain.
Use of acupuncture method where a needle is used to puncture the affected area of your back to increase blood and energy flow.
Yoga exercises such as, child pose, cobra pose , jumping jacks may help quick relief of back pain
Use of over the counter pain relief such as ibuprofen, paracetamol, cocodermol
*. Use of garlic and oil , heat the oil and add 10 cloves of garlic to the oil after some times, extract the oil and rub it when it's cool on your back for 3 times a day
Use of tumeric and milk, drink tumeric tea with milk every night before going to bed
Use of aloevera gel , aloe vera is a miraculous plant ,it's a natural antibiotics,Apply aloevera gel at your back and massage it gently, every day, you can squize the aloevera juice into your water for bathing,
Use of garlic, ginger and tumeric tea
You can drink green tea as it contains vitamins and elements that are anti-inflammatory and antioxidants
The last but not the least, drink water and stay completely hydrated, 👌, eat vegetables and fruits as they contain some important nutrients that are anti-inflammatory and antioxidants (Glutathione).
