Steemcurator04 and Country Representative Report - Ghana, @nattybongo

Dear Steemit Team,

I deem it a feather in my cap to have had this opportunity to present to you my report for the week in order with past report. This report will be covering the time frame from 26th December 2021, to 3rd January 2022.

In this report will be a look at my activities with the steemcurator04 account towards serving the the Ghanaian populace on the blockchain.

Again i would be giving account of my activities with the steem-ghana account with is the community curation account for the Ghanaiana populace. I would also be highlighting some of my activities as a greeter and the work with club5050.

Activities with steemcurator04

On the 3rd of January,2022 and on the 30th of December, 2021, i got the opportunity to use the steemcurator04 account which is rotated between the 4 african countries Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon and Uganda in the order in which i have presented. This work is done by country representative and when it's Ghana's turn i run this with oppongk.

With an effective power of 246,956.78 SP now at 100$ a vote is worth 5.15$. For the accounts i supported during period they receive an upvote between 50% and 70% which is worth $1.91 to $2.85 at 100% manna. I was able to support 26 users in all some of which got multiple supports over the days. Please find below a list of beneficiaries;

Steem-Ghana Curation

The steem-ghana account happens to be the main curation account for the Ghanaian populace as already stipulated above. Within regular intervals the account is used by myself and my fellow country representatives to support members of the community.

Steem-ghana account has an effective power of 20,692.83 SP worth $0.31 at 100$ manna. Users i support with the account are voted with a weight of 50% which gives approximately $0.14 which together with other support from leaders and available curation support helps members to easily gain $1.00

Personal Account Curation

My account currently stands at an effective power of 14,638.22 SP which is worth $0.21 through my consistent powerups and with the help of the delegation from the steemit team. On a regular basis i support both Ghanaians and non-Ghanaians alike with a vote weight of 100% consistently to help them also grow.

Through this activity i am able to help members from the various communities within which i find myself to have something worth appreciatin on their post which in addition to other curation systems available helps them to reach atleast $1.00 easily. I am optimistic of been able to continue to support my members even as i focus on consistent powerups to grow.

Club5050 Support

Club5050 is an initiative by the steemit team that has come to stay and seeks the progress of the steem ecosystem. To be able to help support members who are keen on supporting the initiative through consistent powerups and eligibility for the initiative i introduced the top club 5050 posts.

As it stands now i receive support from my co country representatives and on a regular basis we scout through the community to find well deserving support posts who are club5050 eligible to bring them into the light. These members also receive varying support available to leaders to motivate them to keep up the good work.

As a country representative and a leader for more than a single community it is incumbent on me to serve as a leader with examples such that others will follow. Because of which i have been powering up all my earnings since the month of December, 2021 to motivate others to follow suit.

For my club5050 eligibility checking from the time of this writeup i have 0 transfers and 583.093 STEEM powered up. My goal is to gradually reach club75 eligibility which i am almost there and then finally club100 eligibility. For the time frame of this writeup i powered up a total of 133.129 STEEM.
