It is my delight to sincerely thank and appreciate the Steemit team on behalf of the professional team who will also be known as team 6 in the month of February following our selection to be community curators come February, 2025. The announcement was made In this post and we wholeheartedly accept the responsibility.
Curation Guidelines
Here below, we present our curation guidelines that will guide both users and we ourselves during the month as we carry out our duties.
° As professional team, we will ensure that we seek out publications, applying our professionalism in the search for quality publications without bias.
° We will not be community bound but will go all the way to curate publications mo matter where they are published within the Steemit ecosystem.
° We will ensure that publications to be curated are AI and Plagiarism free in compliance with the Steemit team rules.
° We will ensure that the publications we will support are steemexclusive publications and that they also use the hashtag #steemexclusive
° Since good comments are as good as good publications, we will generously support detailed, quality and meaningful comments which fosters engagement.
° we will as well support those users that are often neglected but are consistent and whose publications meet all rules above.
Curation %
Ideally, we will support publications using between 30% and 50% of the curation manner and comments will be supported using between 10% and 30% of the curation manner. The variation in percentages is because quality differs and efforts employed by users and creativity varies from user to user. We will put all these into consideration
Considering the number of publications each team member can support, it depends on the member as per the quality of publications seen and the percentage support that is given and the voting manner. We will use our discretion in this case as professional team members.

@ngoenyi,
I would like to express my gratitude for the comprehensive and informative guidelines you have shared, my esteemed colleague.
As circumstances evolve, we are committed to adhering to all regulations established by the Steemit team, and we will proactively reach out to those individuals who are deserving of support.
Regardless of the topic, language, or geographic location—whether within or beyond the community—our guiding principle will be to identify the most exceptional individuals, akin to discovering a diamond among coal.
