Each week that passes by passes with its own goodness and challenges. This past week wasn't an exception. I hereby present my weekly report for the period indicated above and as a country representative for Nigeria as well as a greeter in newcommers community achievement program and as a curator with steemcurator09 to support achievement posts.
My report will cover the following

It is already 3 weeks plus since I started curation with SC04 along with my teammates as team 01 members. It has been awesome. Most weeks, I take two turns to curate due to our team size and I did the same this past week. It is not easy but with the ongoing engagement challenge, it becomes more easier because there are a lot of Publications to choose from. I am really enjoying this curation.
My team has been working hard to ensure that we do not allow the account to lie at 100% without use except for this period where the TRX distribution system is being updated. But as soon as the system came up again, my teammate whose turn it was to curate began her curation.
Each day of my curation, I curate 20 publications and some quality comments. This is to allow the account to recharge fully before the next team member takes up his turn.
One good thing I love my teammates for is that we keep an eye on each member's curation to ensure that no mistakes are made. @sofian88 has really been good at helping me out to check if there is error in my curation and I appreciate him so much for that. What are teammates for? I love it when my mistakes are pointed out for me because I am very humble as to accept my mistakes.
This method of Curating publications all round the blog is a wonderful one and I can't thank this present steemit team enough for all their tireless efforts in ensuring that things are done the right way. Their encouragements are what motivates me a lot.
The month of October is almost over and this means that I will have to wait to see if I will be selected for November community curation. It will really be great. I am eagerly waiting.
I have also been actively supporting other steemians with upvotes with my personal account and that of steemkids community. I do not allow both accounts to remain idle when fully recharged. For my personal account, I upvote my fellow Nigerians as well as steemkids community members. I also support my fellow country representative's reports and other reports that are made.
As for steemkids account, I as well use it to support members publications in the community and if after the support and the manner is still above 80%, I move round to support others especially in my country community and others.

- I have also been actively making publications to the best my network and my schedule can allow me. It's not been easy both off chain and on chain but I have been doing my best.
- I have also been doing my part to help users to remain active by publishing contests weekly. I hosted my weekly art contest as well as announced the previous week's winners.
Steemkids community received 94 publications in the community in the last 7 days. This is just amazing and this is to show how committed we are to keep the members busy with contests topics that interests them as well as reward them as promised. Each day that passes by, I try my best to visit the community to see if the MODs assigned to review publications are doing so. I sometimes remind them in case they have forgotten. But the good news is that, they have all been up and doing with the review. Though internet connections do affect most of us but they try hard to review, if not that day, the following day. I sincerely appreciate them all for their efforts. My involvement in Steem4Nigeria community is that of taking turns to submit publications for booming support and to make the post for the submitted publications. I have 2 turns within the week and I made sure that I deliver. I also make sure to see if the publications are being reviewed. The mods are doing great as well as admins. I didn't review much this past week but I promise to do more this coming week. It was a wonderful week that I spent in newcommers community, review achievement posts and cleaning the community of unwanted publications. While trying to review achievement posts, I discovered that most users who are newbies and who doesn't know their left from right are publishing other publications in newcommers community other than achievement posts and most of them haven't even started their achievement posts yet and they don't even know about it. What I did was to construct a comment for them after confirming that they hadn't published any achievement posts. Below is the screenshot of the comment
Most of them responded positively and are making progress in their achievement posts. Some that just joined without writing the achievement posts especially the introduction post the way the way it should, I give directions on how they can go about it. They are usually very grateful after receiving these directions. I have learned that a bird at hand is worth more than fifty outside. A lot of newbies are coming is and with this method, these ones are being guided to do things right. I will keep doing same. I was able to review some achievement posts this past week as well as curate with SC09. Although I was being limited my the system upgrade.
Among the things I did was to drop some corrections as comments for those achievement posts that were not according to the rules. Once I drop the comment for them to make corrections, most of them do respond in no time while others take time to respond. About 5 publications were directed to make the needed corrections.
