First of all, my love and greetings to all of you. In today's report, as a country representative, I will share with you my goals and activities which I have carried out at the beginning of this month and last month. At this time I would be very proud to say that I am controlling Urdu Community as an admin and our biggest wish is that we can add as much as possible to the SP of Urdu Community.
As CR, I am working on this with great interest and hopefully by the end of this year we will have raised the SP of Urdu Community to over 50,000. This month, the Urdu community has been selected for the Weekly Engagement challenge season 2. And we are trying our best to organize this challenge to the best of our ability and choose the best contest theme.

Steemit promotion campaign

Steemit Charity fund
I promised the steemit family that I would donate 15% of my steemit and on-line earnings to the steemit charity fund and I am proud to be running that fund. I have helped the poor, needy and needy people through the steemit charity fund on the occasion of Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr.
I think that if we have the spirit of service to humanity, God will surely help us. I will continue to work as a CR Steammit charity fund with or without CR. During the last three months, I have contributed more than Rs. 100,000 from my earnings to the fund. I have used the money to buy groceries for some people and give cash to some people so that they can buy their own necessities.

Steemit Enagement Challenge
At this time, as I am also running the Urdu community as an administrator and in the month of June, the Urdu community has been selected in the steemit engagement challenge. For the past two weeks, I have been checking the posts of contestants on a daily basis together with my Urdu community team.
Due to some private engagements this week, one day I could not grade the contest post but for the Urdu community, preparation and selection of the contest, reading the post written in different languages and checking their club and grading them all.
This has been my routine for the last two weeks. Also many steemit users ask about contest and steemit in urdu community group so talking to them all as a family is a part of my life as steemit user and i try to guide them all in a better way
Do Over the past two weeks, steemit users from different countries have joined the Urdu Community's whatapp group and it is also normal to guide them all and give them instructions about the contest that they need. Inshallah my work will continue like this.
اس وقت میں بطور ایڈمنسٹریٹر اردو کمیونٹی کو چلا رہا ہوں اور جون کے مہینے میں سٹیمیٹ انگیجمنٹ چیلنج میں اردو کمیونٹی کو منتخب کیا گیا ہے۔ پچھلے دو ہفتوں سے، میں اپنی اردو کمیونٹی ٹیم کے ساتھ روزانہ کی بنیاد پر مقابلہ کرنے والوں کی پوسٹس چیک کر رہا ہوں۔ اس ہفتے کچھ نجی مصروفیات کی وجہ سے ایک دن میں مقابلے کی پوسٹ کو گریڈ نہ دے سکا لیکن اردو کمیونٹی کے لیے مقابلے کی تیاری اور انتخاب، مختلف زبانوں میں لکھی گئی پوسٹ کو پڑھنا اور ان کے کلب کو چیک کرنا اور ان سب کو گریڈ کرنا۔ پچھلے دو ہفتوں سے یہ میرا معمول ہے۔ اس کے علاوہ اسٹیمیٹ کے بہت سے صارفین اردو کمیونٹی گروپ میں مقابلہ اور اسٹیمیٹ کے بارے میں پوچھتے ہیں لہذا ان سب سے بطور فیملی بات کرنا میری زندگی کا حصہ ہے بطور اسٹیمیٹ صارف اور میں ان سب کی بہتر طریقے سے رہنمائی کرنے کی کوشش کرتا ہوں پچھلے دو ہفتوں کے دوران، اسٹیمیٹ صارفین مختلف ممالک سے اردو کمیونٹی کے واٹس ایپ گروپ میں شمولیت اختیار کی ہے اور ان سب کی رہنمائی کرنا اور انہیں اس مقابلے کے بارے میں ہدایات دینا بھی معمول ہے جس کی انہیں ضرورت ہے۔ انشاء اللہ میرا کام اسی طرح جاری رہے گا۔
Club100 only power up only power
I am a member of # Club100 and my current steemit power is over 18000k. And I wish I could cross the 20k SP target during the month of June-July. I try every month to add to my SP and this month I have transferred a total of 500 Steem to steem power. I could not write many posts in April, May and June due to busyness in exams and high load shedding in my country. I try to be an example to the citizens of my country as a country representative that the addition to the SP is the real success. And I hope I can achieve my goal of 2,000 SP in a month.

The Steemit Urdu Community team was receiving complaints from several members that hackers were stealing earnings from their Steemit account.
And as a country representative, I spoke to Steemit friends and Urdu community team and we all steemit team many time and repeatedly guided all remember that Don't share master keys and active keys with any unknown or any unknown website and still some new and old member's account was being hacked.
We Together with the Urdu community team and the rest of the steemit friends, we worked hard to find out what are the elements involved in this hacking. We collected all user transaction records after a lot of hard work and then every transaction has been checked and found out that there are some elements whose transaction is going wrong on steemit blockchain and has been using multi accounts & lair for transaction.

Future plan
Every human being has some future plans and as a Steemit user I am thinking of the following plans in the near future and as soon as there is progress in this matter I will inform in my report very soon.
- Urdu Community promotion plan
- Steemit kids party
- Steemit education scholarship program
- Steemit education fund,
- Establishment of steemit office.
As a CR I have a dream to set up a steemit office in my district to guide new people there and have a meetup plan with the old user but the biggest hurdle is the expenses.
But if the intentions are strong and the determination is strong then everything is possible and with the help of Allah and the encouragement of the steemit team we will soon be able to put our future plan into action.
