It is a wonderful privilege and a delight indeed to have this chance to come your way this week with my piece as a country ambassador for Ghana to give feedback on my movements towards the development of the Ghanaian community on the blockchain and any others for the benefit of the steem ecosystem.
This notice would be a look at my powerup movements about my club group as well as my curation actions, my work with the steem-ghana account in curating constituents as well as the exhibition of matches in support of steemit engagement.

As part of movements to help society engagement among partners and to add up to the steemecosystem we deliver a contest every week for members. This week I shared a contest that seeks to draw on the memories of partners to share with us their famous reports that they may have read or told over the years.

So far our contests always get great engagement and entries and we know that this is going to be the same. As it stands now we used the support on these matches to award entries and also power up to help the budget's growth. We are cheery as the account continues to grow we will be able to do more for partners in terms of curation.
Club5050 and Top 3 Post Selection
As a leader is it incumbent to not only guide by illustration but also encourage partners to be the best they can be and sustain movements or industries carried about by the ecosystem one of such enterprises is the club5050 enterprise which is doing a whole lot for blockchain.
To help facilitate members' participation I came up with the club5050 post-selection some time back and so far it has proved to be challenging in motivating and getting members to join the different clubs. Regular posts that are club5050, club75, and club100 eligible are selected and highlighted for the attention of the community.
These posts are of good quality and doing good to sustain the ecosystem, as such posts are fixed to get help from diverse supports including successful support, support from the steem-ghana curation account, support from leaders, and sometime @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02. Members are however made to comprehend that support is not certified in each case which helps them to keep an open mind. I would be restarting to do this as it has been and I am bright it would restart to yield results.
Steem-ghana Curation
The steem-ghana official curation account presently has an effective power of 19,293.31 SP which is worth $0.22 at 100% manna at the current price of steem. The budget is used to support members within the district on a daily basis and left to restore around 80% every time to allow it to recharge for the other days.
Members are always supported with 100% upvotes so they may appreciate the vote that comes from the account which adds up to whichever ones that may come from managers and other curation accounts to help them achieve something substantial. Members subsidized are those that are eligible for the various clubs and those who have been delegated to support the community's account. Attention is also given to the grade of work, bot usage, power-downs, etc. This ensures that we are giving out the best at all times.
Nattybongo's Curation
As a country representative, I am honored enough to have a 5000 SP commission from the steemit team to help me be able to support my polity folks better and grow too to be able to do more. Concurrently with how much I have been able to accumulate via the support of the steemit team, my power now flows around 17,453.16 SP which is worth $0.20 at 100% manna.
I support members within the community on a daily basis just as i do with the steem-ghana account and i as usual i make sure to support at 100% upvote always so that members would be able to receive an appreciable amount from my vote which add ups to others easily to be substantial. For this week according to steemworld's analysis i was able to support 40 accounts with 66upvotes and have a CSI of 7 with no self upvote.
Powerups
Powerups are critical to our growth on the blockchain and as a leader my powerups serve as an example for others to follow and which is why i am club75 eligible to be able to push the greater portion of my earnings to my growth on the blockchain to be able to support others. The Other 25% allows me to be able to take care of myself as a teaching assistant in my school.
For my club75 status maintenance i have a total of 288.045 STEEM transfers over the past 2 months and a total of 1,043.781 STEEM powered up backdating from the time of this report. For this immediate past week i was able to powerup a total of 76.582 STEEM. I am keen on doing the very best i can in terms of my powerups to remain consistent and grow to be able to do more for my community folks.
I am truly grateful for all the support i received towards my work as a country representative and i am keen on doing my duties according and doing right by leadership. I look forward to my being able to do even more as the days goes by and growing even quicker to be able to do more.
