Today has been eventful. I made a first ever report about an assault which I didn’t hesitate to defend myself. Are deans supposed to be shouting on us? He was so irate. He was bent on intimidating us and when we didn’t flinch, went ahead to say we were disrespectful. What? We should have cowered?hm

Sounds familiar. If they feel they do not impress/scare and dominate you with their behavior they call you disrespectful. Good you reported it. I hope it will change into something good.
