C stands for... cooking

The way we cooked changed.
What once was considered normal and healthy suddenly became unhealthy, not done, bad for the health, nature, and so on. It reminds me of that Dutch lady been sued because she fed herself and her children with raw food only. Raw means not cooked. They called it child abuse.
Was it? Is it? The child looked healthy, as healthy as a white child with an English dad can be. He wasn't tall or small but CPS said if he had been fed properly he would have been 2 centimetres taller. Two centimetres! As if it can be foresaid how tall a person will be. It's as ridiculous as claiming you live 7 years longer if you take K2 pills or will never get cancer if you take all the vaccinations in the world.
People are not the same not even within one family. My youngest was tall at a very young age, by now she's the smallest in our family. The child didn't lack any food but there's also something like DNA. If not yours it can be the DNA of your anchestors.
Some people cook and others don't. If you don't cook it doesn't mean you are unhealthy. It all depends on what you stuff yourself with. All those chemicals fast-food restaurants feed people aren't healthy and if you cook but it's always spaghetti, pasta or rice you might not be as healthy as someone who has more variation in his diet.
Today vegetables are no longer cooked the way we used to about 50 years ago. We even no longer eat certain vegetables or fruits (they are already named: the forgotten vegetables). I remember how some children in my class were surprised about the vegetables we ate at home. Vegetables I liked and still like but rarely eat. Those vegetables they said were meant for the pigs. Interesting is that today these vegetables turn out to be the most healthy ones. So the question is: how come we exchanged healthy food for unhealthy and we keep eating them although it damages our health? Being overweight isn't healthy and damages your health. We know it but ignore it and we eat, eat and eat and call those who eat 'pig' or' rabbit food' swine, unhealthy and accuse them of child abuse.
Do you know what's funny? If it comes to the new world order soon all food left is what grows on the field. Might be even in the wild. We can no longer be picky and without gas and electricity, there's no way we can cook (exception for
those who still have wood and know how to cook on a fire). Once there's no access to food one can't be picky and rules and norms change. In about another 50 years' time people will laugh about what we eat today and say: how unhealthy, they ate like pigs back then.

Nice post and this is about buying about 2 or 3 kilos rootcrops at the supermarket, we can cook it and it's going to be like a camote que, you just slice it, and add sugar. A snack for everyone.

Thanks for the snack tip! All the best to you. 🍀♥
