K.L.M.

It stands for Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij (Royal Airline Company). Some organizations are allowed to use the "Royal" in front of their names. This Airline is one of them. If it comes to being Dutch KLM is history. KLM a private organization is sold to Air France. Like the name already says this is France. France means not Dutch. Besides not being Dutch KLM was a private business. After being sold someone received money for it. What bothers me is why the people of the Netherlands have to pay for a company that's not able to survive hard times. Of course, the coronavirus can be blamed for it but the fact is France Airlines wasn't doing great long before the pandemic and KLM is the stronger part of both. Nevertheless, KLM is history and my question is why the people have to pay for a private company, even a private company that is no longer Dutch. If you ask me this is a total waste of money. I agree it sucks if you lose your job but so it is for each one of us. We all have high costs for living we need to deal with and free scholarships do not exist in the Netherlands. If you want to study you need a job next to it and take a loan. A loan you pay off in the next 30-35 years or longer. Being a pilot is not different from any other job except you get paid very well.

Is it hard to be a pilot or a stewardess?
If I see what they do the answer is no.
One of the flights Amsterdam - Ibiza proved it. Drunken Englishmen took off their facemask and made the life of the other passengers a hell. Great if you are on your way to having a holiday. One man walked through the plane while he scolds and spits at the other passengers. As one passenger asked him to leave he was hit. What happened next you most likely find on youtube as well.
A fight was going on while the plane was landing and the crew did nothing except telling by the intercom to sit down.
Is this the way expensive Air France/KLM takes care of the welfare of her clients? Those people who make it possible for them to pay their bills?

How did this story end?
KLM said nothing about the nationality of the drunks except they stated they were not Ditch. According to them, it's impossible to be drunk on board plus they didn't sell alcohol.

Passengers had a terrible flight and had to deal with the drunk fellow passengers themselves. Several passengers did and managed to push the guy on the ground. This must have been a great experience for all people on board including children.

With some bad luck, those who defended themselves will be charged for whatever law they broke while the crew kept its hands clean.

Happy vacation to all of you.
