Clint Eastwood made some great action films in the past. There were a lot of great scenes, I enjoyed. I believe it was the sequel, The Enforcer, when Harry drove a car through the wall of a store and shot and killed the gunmen who were holding everyone hostage. In Alcatraz, he fired a rocket at suspect who was in the watchtower and blew him up. It served him right for killing Harry's partner (played by Tyne Daly) and shanking that elderly man who was a security guard at that warehouse.
Another scene that was cool, was when Harry taunted a gang member in an elevator in the Sudden Impact sequel. Later the gang member and the rest of his crew were trying to cause Harry to have a car accident. They threw a cocktail bomb in Harry's car. He pulls over and throws the bomb on the windshield of the gang members car. It bursts into flames causing the driver not to see the road. The car drives off a pier into a bay drowning the gang.
In The Dead Pool, the scene that interested me was the remote control cars that had bombs in them. One car drove and stopped underneath a car and blew it up along with the driver. Another car chased Harry and his partner all over town and nearly blew them up as well. Batman: The Animated Series' Beware Of The Gray Ghost episode had the exact same idea. It was about remote control cars containing bombs that blew up buildings. I wonder if the Batman producer got that idea from The Dead Pool.
