The golden globe award winning actress Elizabeth Moss left no stones unturned in her role as the lead actress in the invisible man. I wasn't surprised when I saw this 38 year old actress playing the role of Cee Kass in the movie as I've seen her perform explicitly in movies like Her Smell and Get Him to the Geek. Those are quite awesome!

Cee Kass was living with her husband, Adrian Griffen who happened to be the leading scientists in optics. He managed to develop a suit which had the abilities of making the wearer invisible. Quite the cutting-edge technology indeed. Who in the right mind wouldn't want a suit like that?
Knowing damn well of his capabilities Adrian hid this suit from the world and used it as he saw fit. Even his wife Cee Kass did not know that the suit was in a existence. Yes Adrian was a controlling husband. So controlling to the extent that he would pick the stuff Cee Kass should like and the ones she shouldn't. She hated her life but would you blame her?
Not wanting anything to do with this self obsessed narcissist she decided not to have his child. Then one night she decided to elope from the house. Imagine living with a genius who is basically a world leader as well as very dangerous, leaving would be quite the challenge. She did not even have time to pack and called her sister to pick her up from the house.
Adrian got wind of this and run after her smashing the window of her sister's car. CK managed to get away from this predator of a husband. She moved in with a friend who was happy to receive her. Thinking she had gotten rid of her husband she finally settled but knew very well she was not safe. Now we get to the interesting parts. Remember that invisible suit I told you about? Yeah Adrian saved it for a rainy day indeed.
If you love horror movies like I do then you would really enjoy hunting down someone in an invisible suit. Now the funny thing is no one believed Cee Kass when she approached them about her husband being invisible. If you want in on the action then you have to go and watch the invisible man right now!
My Rating
Though a low budget movie, its full of great suspense and gets you sucked into it. As a result I give it a rating of
8/10

It was a pretty decent thriller for me. Elizabeth Moss's performance is a bonus. Does what it wants to do. 8/10 for me too..
Someone may get disappointed having to witness a whole different story than HG Wells book with the same title.
