Again, we have a Netflix series that we finished in one day. I will not reveal the details so that there are no spoilers, but Valeria is such a comfortable, easy-to-watch and fun series ... You will watch Val with ease, without getting tired, smiling and curious. I can say that it has aroused more interest in me because it is an adaptation from the book. After that, I definitely want to read the book, I know that I will find a different taste in each work.
As it passes through the colorful Madrid streets; I liked Valeria for telling the story of an author about her friends, love, successes and failures. It is likened to Sex and the City, there are many comments, but I can say that age group, income level, friendship relations caught me more in 2020.
We witness Valeria's life that flows with Lola, Carmen and Nerea. Valeria is a young woman who struggles with her difficulties and has problems in her marriage and is busy writing her novel at the same time. Fortunately, their best, closest friends, Carmen, Lola, and Nerea are with Valeria in all sorts of events, and they are trying to get their lives on the road. Our characters in the series are in very fluctuating moods about love, friendship, suspicion, heartbreak, anxiety, quarrel, separation and dreams of the future.
Nevertheless, these stories turn into a feast, as jealousy, negativities in business life and disloyalty, which are the subject of our daily lives, are discussed throughout the series. You're very likely to be able to say, "Well, we meet girls around such a table and talk for hours!"
Valeria travels smoothly from one character to another, without any boring audience. The IMDB score of the series is 6.2 for now, but I think it deserves much more. If I wanted to score alone, I would give 8 out of 7.5!
I loved this woman story, which is very enjoyable to watch with its colorful scenes, beautiful Madrid streets and fun music. I also recommend you follow Elisabet Benavent and read the books translated into Turkish.
Stay with books, series, cinema, health!
