Don't Move? As I read what the film is about it sounded familiar but I couldn't have seen it yet since this horror, thriller or thriller/horror is new. I did not intend to watch an American film, but it was good for killing time with the cat on my lap for the first time in a long time. I admit, I nearly fell asleep and the "don't move" turned out to be a loooong sit. So I took the phone and went for tea, and firewood and did some other things while I waited for the trilling moment (or the horror). It took long and as I thought about taking a nap there was finally some action, though it didn't last long. The biggest part of the film is about chit-chat on a mountain top, in the car, out of the car, in the car and in between she crawled out of the river and that's how the story ended as well. Oh, and before I forget she said: Thank you.

What I see
A woman (Iris) is on her way to a mountain top where she visits the memorial of her child and her intention is to jump. And there he is Richard who chit-chats and tells about himself and, no, he has not the intention of making her change her mind. He leaves and she follows him back to the parking lot and what happens next you can guess.
Tied on the backseat there's talking and more talking and that's it. On their way, she tries to escape and it's a good fight since she prepares and has a knife and uses her legs to kick the crap out of him while she also tries to strangle him which isn't easy. The next part is kind of boring and more action starts as she is found by an older man who doesn't trust Richard as he forces himself into his house with a louse story about a car accident and his "wife". At least that older man isn't a stupid idiot and is alert and asks the right questions. What happens more you can watch yourself if you are bored or do the dishes or something else (eating popcorn, texting, or multitasking if you like).
I admit I spent more time watching the credits than the film. Although the film is American, the list of Bulgarians who worked on this film is much longer.

Because judging from what I’m seeing is just a lady been paralyzed by her assailant and she’s finding it hard to move..

Not much more happens except her escape from the car and the old man who is suspicious. But hey, you might find it a great film and write a review as well. We can be ying and yang. I see nooo and you YES! Best film ever.
