As a teacher you should be sincere with your students like you are a parent. Because a teacher always gives good education. If a teacher has a polite and polite demeanor, the students will learn the demeanor. I still remember a teacher when I was very young in class two. The teacher gave me a slap on the ear for not understanding a number. Then I told my parents that the teacher beat me. I am small because I don't understand a number. Although I was very young, a class two student. Since then my parents did not send me to that teacher and I also did not go to the teacher. I think children should be educated gently instead of being strict. The stricter you are, the more scared the students will be. Teach children education with ideals not fear.

Children should be taught education with love and ideals not by bullying children so that children will be more attracted to that teacher. Some time ago I sent my daughter to a madrasa. After three years she is not yet old enough to read. However, I did classes for two to five days. The master loved my daughter so much. To educate the children in this way, he used to call the children by their names and learn to write on the board. Also, when they finished writing on the board, when they went to sit in each place, that master would keep them happy by giving them a chocolate. Since then my child started going to Madrasa every day and calling Huzur as Chacchu. I did not admit my daughter because my daughter's wife was too young. Every teacher should be such a role model and teach children with love and care. I think that teacher is ideal and ethical

I definitely don't like strict teachers but I like sincere teachers. Of course, the teacher will be attentive if children and students study sincerely. So if you sincerely teach children education, children will be good at learning quickly. You can never make children study by being strict. Teach children education with love and sincerity. So that children love to study regularly and love you. That's what I love about being a mom.

• Children will try to approach you again and again because you are sincere
• Being sincere will make kids try to write the crafts you give them because you love them back.
• If you love children sincerely, children will obey everything

What happens as a result of teachers being strict

• If a teacher speaks harshly and angrily, children will never approach him
• If the teacher is strict, the children will be afraid to approach him. As a result, children's education will be affected
• I have seen many times that if a teacher speaks repeatedly in anger, he is bad in the eyes of children and adults

Here I will say love children sincerely without being harsh our teachers and children will have a bright future. A teacher can be as loving as I am to help children move forward.
