Friends, welcome all of you to my today's post. Hope you all are happy and healthy. Friends, today some unique contest has been announced and I am happy to know about this contest. Teachers play a very important role for the students. He takes the students towards a new direction. There are some teachers whose training we never forget. Because of effective training, we can never forget that lesson. So let's start with some things that I also do for my students.

Friends, first of all let me introduce myself to you that I am the head of the Department of Infection Control. My job is to keep healthcare associated infections under control and prevent them, so I have to train doctors, nursing and various types of managers to ensure that none of our patients get infections. I mostly train nursing staff. Nursing is called art of science and if people do not understand science then it seems very boring.

Whenever I make my presentation, I add a lot of pictures in it so that everyone laughs and everyone's attention comes back to the topic, that is why I make the presentation itself funny. Like you will find these funny photos. When the nursing staff has to insert a cannula, they hope that they will get the vein easily, but it does not happen, they get such hands in which it is very difficult to find the vein. So the boy seen on the side is the character of the most watched comedy movie in India and everyone likes him. What I mean to say is that we want something else and something else happens but still we enjoy it.

When I joined the organization recently, there were a lot of surgical sight infections. I did root cause analysis and then checked and found out that everyone had training requirements. I trained all the doctors, nursing staff, attendant staff and healthcare managers and by the next month, surgical sight infection had reduced to zero. For this, I received an award from the hospital and also received special thanks from everyone. So in this way we have to do root cause, only then we can change our results from bad to good. In all my training, students are eager to sit and no matter how tired they are, they definitely attend the class to listen to me.

First of all, my weakness is that I am a very soft hearted person and because of this weakness I motivate students. I ask them to make the patient a part of their family and treat them as if they were their own mother or father. I tell them just one line that if the patient was your father, how would you treat them and on hearing this, everyone's eyes water and they get motivated to work with quality.

Another strategy of mine is that I do more outdoor activity training in between classes than during classes or training. Everyone likes to do activities very much and take less training. If I have to take a class of 40 minutes, then I do two activities of 15 minutes each and take the class for only 10 minutes and due to this, everyone's brain remains fresh and everyone is able to learn.

So what it means to say is that we have to show the book less and the world more. If we want to become a good teacher or provide good students to the community, then we have to study the way the students want to study. We have to include new technology and fun activities in the teaching method so that we can keep our class active. What are those students who cannot understand the teacher and what are those teachers who cannot make their students students. So see you friends with a new blog.
