Today I am writing about an interesting Steemit Engagement Challenge S19 - W3: which is all time my favourite topic “Educational Management" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic.

In today's time, the importance of education is increasing in everyone's life. The teachers in schools waste time only in the name of teaching. They are only concerned about their monthly fees.

The amount of teaching that should be done in schools is not done in schools these days. It is the duty of the teachers to teach the children how to write, how to make a presentation in the board exam, these small things.

Everyone knows about the education system of government schools, but private schools are also not untouched by this. Teachers come there, if there is a period of 45 minutes, then they waste 20 minutes of that time by asking useless questions to the children.

What did I teach yesterday, who understood it, who did not, who is making noise and by the time the teacher comes to teach on the main topic, the period is over.

It is very sad for the children who are studying that their time is being wasted. That is why children have to take tuitions outside. I am saying this here because my son shares the attitude of the school teacher with me. But in his class, the teachers used to waste a lot of time by talking nonsense, they did not make the concepts clear and if any child misbehaved or made noise, then there is only one thing, I will not teach today.

Hey, those children who made noise, please take them out, why are you losing the rest of the children, there is a board exam.

Teachers are careless because no action is taken against them because everyone is a copycat of each other. I think it is important to keep trained teachers, who have done B.Ed. course. Teachers with that degree should be allotted to our school. Here I see that if there is any educated person and she has zero experience of teaching, then also she is kept.

Because his salary will not be so high. If a teacher with B.Ed degree is paid salary, it will be more, so to save their money, the school management hires any teacher. Who gets harmed by this, it is the children, because they do not have the art of explaining, which a teacher should have.

• Problems in educational management

• In educational management, the teacher should take the education system seriously.

• Falling education system in schools, rules crumbling

• Sometimes there are shortcomings in the mutual balance between teachers and children. Because children are not able to put their point in front of teachers due to fear, because there are many types of fear here for children

• First of all, teachers will scold, insult in front of everyone and most of all they will take out their grudge in giving marks to the children in the paper, so that the marks do not go down. That is why children are not able to speak about teachers.

• Sometimes there is a lack of discipline and sometimes things are made too difficult in terms of discipline.

• The focus of the teachers is less on teaching and more on asking them to take tuitions from me, there is a lack of hard work on the part of the teachers.

Managerial problems in the school education system can be seen through education management functions

(1) Lack of communication between teachers and students

There is a lack of mutual relationship between teachers and students, because children are unable to speak due to fear and teachers do not want to listen. I think that children should have more respect for their teachers than fear. So that they do not hesitate in putting their problems in front of the teachers.

( 2 ) Lack of educational activities in the education system

Lack of educational activities means that teachers complete their syllabus very slowly, due to which they are not able to prepare children for extra activities like making them solve unsolved papers, telling them how to make presentations.

( 3 ) Lack of educational environment

This is the most important deficiency I see, because when the environment is not educational then how can the education system be correct. There should be such an environment in the school for children that enthusiasm for education is awakened in the children. There should be a healthy educational environment so that the child's time can be used properly and all children can get adequate education from the school itself.

Because every child does not have enough money to take tuition outside, so if you do not teach children in school and children cannot afford tuition outside, then this is not playing with the lives of children.

Many solutions to these problems can prove to be effective if they are worked upon seriously.

A workshop should be conducted between children and teachers, because here it is a question of children's lives. This workshop should be like this so that the imbalance between children and teachers can be removed. The problems that children have in the education system in school can be discussed.

An education system should be created where a clean education plan is prepared for children and children are taught in such a way that they are able to qualify any type of exam.

Digital education system is very popular these days, so by using it we can also improve our level of education.

There should be cameras in every class so that both students and teachers can be monitored and such an organization should be done that Children should be afraid and teachers should also be afraid that if we create any disturbance in education, action will be taken against us.
