What is a letter

Letter is the best medium to convey your message to someone else. We express our feelings through letters.

In ancient times, pigeons used to deliver letters. But as technology grew, we got the services of post office and courier. But today technology has become very high level. And we can talk to each other through internet in the form of communication, so nowadays the use of letters has reduced a lot.

Children get to write letters only in the teaching material in the curriculum of students. Practically children do not receive letters nowadays.

How many types of letters are there?

There are two types of letters:

Informal letter
Formal letter

Informal letter

We write informal letters to our siblings, loved ones, friends. Where we express our feelings by giving love and respect.

Formal letter

Formal letters are written in official language for any government office or any official of any area, for school. Where problems related to the area are mentioned.

How can we get marks in the exam by writing a letter?

Whatever topic is given for the letter, the letter is written according to that. The letter is written in three paragraphs. The first paragraph and the last paragraph are written almost the same in every letter. Therefore, students should practice the first paragraph and the third paragraph well. This will reduce their time in the exam and also ensure their marks.

The second paragraph is related to the topic given in our question paper. So even if you get less marks for the second paragraph, you can easily get marks for the first and third paragraphs.

Communication skill is important not only in education but in all fields nowadays. If we talk about education, then communication skill is very important for both a teacher and a student. Because here the knowledge of education expands through communication skill and very easily the teacher is able to put his point in front of the students and similarly the students are also able to understand any subject easily.

To show the importance of communication skill, I am giving some reasons which are as follows

Experiences and obstacles I faced in online education system

As we all know that nowadays online education system is getting better day by day. Where before Covid, no one knew about online education system or was not so aware about it. Today online education system has made its strong place in the field of education. But there are some obstacles in this online education system as well. I have seen my children getting online education, so some of their experiences, some of my experiences which we used to talk about or I had seen. I would definitely like to share that experience with everyone here.

Experiences of online education system

Due to online education system, many people's time and year was saved during a terrible tragedy like Covid. If the children had not received online education at that time, then their learning power skill and their inclination towards studies would have been lost. I think it would have been negligible, because at that time children were far away from studies and their mind was only on mobile, games, etc. So, if the online education system has made a significant contribution in keeping the relationship of children strong with education, then it is worth praising.

Children got a chance to learn a lot through online education. Nowadays, so many great teachers are available on YouTube that if a child is really studious, a hardworking child, then he does not need coaching classes. You are getting all the material on YouTube and even if you take their course, you can clear your doubts from them sitting at home. This saves your time of coming and going, your transport fare, and the fear of studying in the wrong company.

Here teachers used to make recorded lectures available, so children could listen to those recorded lectures even later, so if they did not understand at that time, they could clear their doubts by listening to that lecture repeated.

Barriers in online education system

Many barriers were also seen in the online education system, which are as follows

Lack of discipline was seen in the children, lack of competition was seen, because when they go to class, they like to get praise from a teacher and feel proud in front of their classmates. Children have to make efforts for this. Here, through online, there was a lack of coordination.

The biggest obstacle was the lack of network, if there was a period of 45 minutes, then for 20 to 25 minutes the children would say, teacher, the voice is not coming, your voice is not clear or children turn on the camera, turn on the mic. So time was wasted in this and lack of attendance was seen a lot, children did not join the class.

During a tragedy like the Covid pandemic, when everyone's earnings had stopped, at that time providing phone and internet to each child had become a problem for every parent, somehow the parents made arrangements.
