Today I am writing about an interesting Steemit Engagement Challenge S22- W5: which is all time my favourite topic “Teachers as examples and role models" this amazing challenge organised by @miftahulrizky . So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic.

Teachers are very important for improving the future of students and it is their very important responsibility to understand better studies related to studies, which builds the future of students. It is better for the students to explain the curriculum material by a good teacher, which further works for the benefit of the students.

Explaining the proper curriculum and making the students understand it in a better way with simplicity is a sign of better teaching, which also has a very good effect on the behavior of the students. Good studies improve the behavior and character of the students. The teacher has to struggle a lot to improve the behavior and character of the students and the result of his struggle is that the future of the students becomes very bright, better and practical, due to which the students never have any problem in the future and they are seen succeeding in examinations everywhere.

This is what a better teacher expects from his students and it is the duty of the students to always live up to the expectations of their teachers.

Every teacher's behaviour and character is different in terms of studies. Many teachers have a completely different approach in terms of studies. They give proper education and guidance to students in a playful manner, which proves to be very good for the students. A good teacher never jokes with students in terms of studies.

His approach is only to make students strong for today and future by working hard. But some students have negative thoughts about themselves like I will not be able to work hard, I may fail or I am not able to remember. Students suffering from such inferiority complex remain very troubled. SMS is useful for students of different personalities and encourages them to move forward in their path by encouraging them. While studying,

every student has a lot of negative feelings but a good teacher is very adept in removing those negativity and always keeps motivating the students. From time to time, he counsels the students and keeps removing their fears, so that the student never goes into depression and moves forward towards studies.

A teacher's view is that all students are always worthy of good behaviour. The teacher's view has always been to follow. In daily life, the teacher expects from his students that they should always respect their elders, always study diligently and pass with good marks, but this depends on the behavior of the students, how seriously the student takes that thing. The life of the students is always a struggle,

but if the student carefully follows the things explained by his teachers, then no one can stop him from moving ahead in life. The student who has the motivation to move forward by making the teacher's words a regular routine in his daily life, can never fail and will always be ahead in the teachers' view.

My exemplary behavior proved to be a boon for the students. The students now study with full heart and also complete their daily tasks on time. Because of my behavior, the thinking attitude of the students has also become very positive. The students do not condemn anything and their behavior with everyone has become very good.

The best thing for a teacher is when there is a lot of change in the attitude of his students and they are able to walk on the right path. Because of this practical step of mine, the character of the students has become very positive and their thinking has become very good and the students are always inquisitive to know about new achievements.
