Greetings dear steemain friends here in the teachers and students community, how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you all are having a nice and wonderful day?
This is actually my first time of publishing in this amazing community and I sincerely hope that I'm welcome 🤗, as I will be taking part in a contest organize by @lil.albab which is title "How to Anticipate Bullying in Educational Environment"
So now in my entry I will be sharing with you all the various ways we can use to anticipate bullying in the school or educational environment.

A bully is someone or a person who uses their physical strength or power to hurt, frighten and hard others, meanwhile bullying can also be seen as the process whereby a bully carry out this violent act with others.
How To Anticipate Bullying In The Educational Environment |

As long as the educational system is involved there are so many ways we can use to anticipate bullying and they are;
- Teaching and encouraging the students to cherish kindness and empathy
- By creating an opportunity for the students to connect with themselves through games and class plays
- By identifying gate way behaviors of the students which may include Eye rolling, Prolonged staring, Back turning, Laughing cruelly/encouraging others to laugh etc and trying to stop it
- Also we can help reduce bullying by addressing immediately to the students flaws and correcting them
- Punishment for the students who takes delight in bullying other students
Amongst this and so many other simple methods can be used in the educational system in other to minimize and stop bullying amongst students.
Since the school system is made up of different people's from different backgrounds, we as teachers do not expect all of them to always be the same as in a good way, because of their various backgrounds as I'd mentioned earlier
So it is always wise for a teacher not to always react to this acts with violence (beating and punishment) though most people believe that it takes a gun to put a gun down
But not in a school setting, so as teachers if we notice a child that likes bullying, instead of punishing the child, according to my own idea it would be wise to try using words with the child mostly at break times when other students are outside playing.
You can call in such a child and try to talk some sense into him or her and with that approach trust me you will definitely change the bullying spirit in him or her into a peace loving child or students.

Teachers should also Encourage kids to speak out to trusted adult so that their health will not be a problem to their academy.
