Hello everyone, greetings to you my friends in the community of Teachers & Students. There are no better words than a prayer of kindness for all of us, and I hope you all live your lives safely, comfortably, and certainly filled with blessings.
In this post I want to share a little story about a place where I spend a lot of my time every day, this is where I do my job as a teacher which is my profession in real life.
The place I want to share with you all is educational in Lhokseumawe City. And this will be a post that introduces the place of education, here is a review that I will tell you all about.
In Lhokseumawe City, Aceh Province, Indonesia. There are hundreds of schools that serve as educational centers for all children in the city. According to data from private institutions that are school registration sites daftarsekolah.net, there are at least 389 state/government educational institutions and private institutions and foundations in Lhokseumawe City. Spread across 4 sub-districts in Lhokseumawe city, here are the detailed data :

Starting from elementary school and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Junior High School / Madrasah Tsanawiyah, High School / Madrasah Aliyah. Tens of thousands of student students in the city of Lhokseumawe are at the level of education at these schools, and each year thousands of alumni from each school.

One of them is the state religious school, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Lhokseumawe City, at the same level as public elementary schools. Which is right in the center of Lhokseumawe City, and this is where I work as a teacher along with dozens of other teachers.
This school was established in 1975 and officially became a public school under the management of government funds in 1978, referring to the decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia with Decree Number 15 of 1978, on the composition and working procedure of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri. MIN 4 Lhokseumawe City has a land and building area of 2,123. 36 m2, consisting of :
- 13 classroom buildings.
- 1 teacher's office building.
- 1 Administration Building.
- 1 Building of worship.
- 1 library building.
- 1 student health unit building.
- 1 semi school canteen building.
- 9 bathroom building.
- 1 parking area for motorcycles.
- 1 schoolyard.

In this A-accredited school, in the academic year 2024 to 2025, there are at least approximately 500 students who attend school here, consisting of female students and male students. Which is divided into 6 levels of class level, namely :
- 3 classes for Grade 1 students level.
- 4 classes for 2nd graders level.
- 3 classes for Grade 3 students level.
- 3 classes for 4th graders level.
- 3 classes for 5th graders level.
- 3rd grade for 6th grade students.

Teachers in MIN 4 Lhokseumawe city amounted to 29 teachers from various departments, with the specifications of Bachelor 1 Teacher Training from various departments of Education. Coupled with 7 educators, who take care of all school needs and teacher administration in MIN 4 Lhokseumawe City.

Now this school continues to grow and become one of the favorite religious schools at the elementary school level in Lhokseumawe City. One of the developments that follow the current technological advances is the existence of several digital classes from various class levels, as well as other educational development activities, without reducing the religious values and customs that prevail in Aceh province.
Various achievements have been carved along the journey of this school, by printing tens of thousands of generations in Lhokseumawe City. Even students from this school have become teachers and taught in MIN 4 Lhokseumawe City, and not a few have managed to become great and influential people in Lhokseumawe City.
