Assalam u Alaikum, I am @hafsasaadat90 from Pakistan. Here Teachers and Student community I come with my own experience.
I live in the city of Lahore, Pakistan, where the population is very high, but there are also many job opportunities here. And it is not difficult to get a good job, but those who have qualifications are mostly defeated, while those who Those people who pass the recommendation go ahead. Most of the talent shortage crisis is seen here.This is why people are more busy pulling each other's legs than working hard to get ahead.
Something similar was happening to us. My husband was facing this condition every year. When the summer vacation was announced, he would be asked to quit his job. Because there were many recommenders standing behind who wanted to get the job instead of my husband. But since my husband is the sole breadwinner of our house, he could not make the mistake of leaving this job.
My husband works in an educational institute and his institute is very famous and reputed. It has branches all over the world. My husband's job was permanent and he was working in this organization for 12 years.
But this year when the summer vacation started, like every year they asked my husband to resign but my husband refused, so the June salary was transferred to my husband's account but the July salary was transferred to my husband's account. was not transferred to his account and an order was given to resign the job first and then get his salary and dues cleared.
It was a great sorrow for us and we could not bear it. But as Muslims, we firmly believe that everything is done by the will of Allah. Not even a single leaf can move from its place without His command.Whatever Allah does for us, He does it best. We do not see any hidden good in it. Who loves us more than 70 mothers. Can that entity harm us?
Can it be decided to our detriment?
My husband started applying for jobs in many places and at the same time we started praying to Allah. A month has passed in this struggle, but no traces of any job were visible. We have only one firm belief that by Allah's command, our work will be easy. Allah will surely accept our prayers. For this purpose, we completed 100,000 verses of Ayat-e-Kareema and submitted our request to Allah Almighty. And by the will of Allah it happened that a job where he had tried long ago got a response and he called for an interview.This hadith was firm in our minds.
For this reason, we keep thinking that Allah has put a test on us, which is also clear from the hadith of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that this will definitely happen. So it really happened in the same way with my husband that the person who is educated and experienced was being removed and the person who came by bribery and recommendation was being kept. Whether he is qualified for this job or not.

Miracles happen in this world,
A miracle happened to us too, that when there was a cloud of despair everywhere, we got a ray of hope and the joining letter for my husband had arrived.
The question you tell us that,
Why do you think God has given you this trial in your life, do you really believe that this trial is God's way of helping you?
The answer to this, according to me, is that
Allah tests His servants both by giving them and by taking them away.
Further, it is up to the person how he takes this test, whether he is patient and grateful or impatient and deviates from his faith. In every work of Allah, there is some purpose, just like a mother in her work. She does not get the child everything he asks for, but only what is good for his development.Allah wants us more than 70 mothers, so how can he make a bad decision for us? Whoever has strong faith in Allah will always give us what is best for us, that is what he brings to himself. He considers every problem as a test sent by Allah and his faith becomes stronger.
The life of all the Prophets sent by Allah, (peace be upon Him), and especially the last Prophet Muhammad, (may God bless Him and grant Him peace) is the best example for us. His life was full of trials, but he always held fast to the rope of Allah. We should also hold fast to the rope of Allah while following the path of Allah and follow the Sunnah of our Prophet in the best way instead of weakening our faith and following the path of error.
We were asking Allah with the belief that He will surely give us the best and when the test from Allah was completed and the solution to our problems was revealed, it was the best solution beyond our imagination.
Alhamdulillah, my husband has got a new job and a better salary before the end of the summer holidays. May Allah make it better and make it a blessing for us, Ameen.
Education is a field where a person gets to learn something new every day. The profession of a teacher is the same as the profession of our Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and it is a very sacred profession. People who are engaged in this profession should be sincere in their profession.
