The Diary Game: 1-16-2025 : Packing of School Supplies Donation from the Department of Education Office

Today, I am going to pack these school supplies from the division office. My 40 pupils plus 8 sit-in pupils will receive equal amount of school supplies. These were given 3 days ago but I have to find time so I can pack these for 48 pupils.

I placed all the supplies on a wide table. I arranged it so I can sort it easily. These are the following supplies to be distributed per pupil:

• long blue plastic envelope
• 1 plastic ruler
• pencil sharpener
• pencil eraser
• 12pcs crayons

I started packing after lunch because I don't have class already. The grade 2 pupils occupied my room but I am not the teacher. I decided to pack here so that I can't bring heavy packs of supplies. It's not a hard task, I just did it calmly.

I also do multi-task activity while packing. I am checking for my lessons next day so I was printing my lesson plan while packing these supplies. I know the children will be happy for this donations. If I can finish packing today, I can distribute these tomorrow.

Before 4:00pm, I finished packing. I arranged them all ready for tomorrow's distribution. While arranging, I am checking it one by one if there's nothing missing in every envelope. I cleaned my area and returned some things to its order. I am so excited to announce to them that they will be receiving new materials.

Actually, some of my pupils can't really afford new and complete school supplies. Though these are not much, but these will help them for their learning process.
