Dear friends, today I will talk a little about teachers and students.Teachers are the most respected people in the world.Teachers are respected in every country in the world.Good people never disrespect teachers.Anyone who dedicates themselves to this noble profession of teaching must have a good character.All teachers must acquire the skills to teach students the guidelines for making them good human beings.And students have to be prepared accordingly.It is also an important responsibility for the teacher to create Only by fulfilling this responsibility can a teacher become a true teacher.I was engaged in this great profession of teaching for a few days.I also gained some ideas about this great profession of teaching.I will try to say something about them in the light of the questions of this competition, God willing.
* As a teacher, what do you think your understanding with the student should be?
An important responsibility in the noble profession of teaching is to understand the learning needs of students.Students, find out how thirsty they are for knowledgeBecause students have to be taught according to their needs.And the teacher has to work on increasing their demand for knowledge. The teacher will prepare himself and present himself in front of the students in such a way Through which students can freely ask all kinds of questions to the teacher The teacher must create this beautiful environment.
* As a teacher, do you differentiate between good and bad students, or do you give equal importance to both?
It is very important for every teacher to follow one thing while working as a teacher.Identifying good and bad students separately Because if you tell a student once or twice, he or she will understand.There are also some students who don't understand even if you tell them twice.It takes more time to convince them.All teachers have a good eye for good students. But the job of a good teacher is to think about how to make bad students better.That's why I want to say that a teacher's duty is to treat everyone equally.However, special attention should be paid to those who are weak in teaching.
* How is your relationship with your students, has it ever happened that you failed to convince your students, if so?
The teacher will treat students well in all situations.Students come to the teacher to learn.To teach something, you must first learn and accept it yourself.The teacher should establish a relationship with the student in such a way that the relationship encourages the student to do good and scares him/her away from doing wrong.I treat my students in such a way that I reward them when they do something good. They always enjoy doing good things in front of me.And they are afraid to do wrong things in front of me and I am afraid to do other things behind my back.I believe in one thing: He who can love can also rule. He who does not love has no right to rule.
* If a student makes a mistake, how do you solve it as a teacher?
It is natural for students to make mistakes. It is the teachers' responsibility to correct their mistakes and correct them.However, one important thing is if the student makes a mistake without knowing it.Then you have to point out the mistake and teach him the right thing.And if a student intentionally makes a mistake, he/she must be disciplined.But we have to explain the rule with love.People learn from mistakes. As a teacher, I will first try to explain to my students. I will try to explain with my hands and feet. If I can't do it once, I will try as long as I have time.If he doesn't understand or doesn't want to understand due to negligence, I will discipline him and make him understand.A student can reach his desired destination only if the teacher tries to understand and if the teacher tries to explain.

একটা বিষয় বর্তমানে একটা ট্রেন্ডিংয়ে এসেছে। যে ভালো ছাত্র হলে পড়ানো সম্ভব, কিন্তু খারাপ ছাত্রকে সম্ভব না। যদি এসমস্ত খারাপ ছাত্রদের আসল অর্থেই মানুষ করতেই হয়। আর যদি তাদেরকে শাসনের ক্ষেত্রেও প্রহার হীন হয়। তাহলে তাকে কিভাবে গড়ে তুলবেন। আপনার কাছে আবার ব্যাখ্যা চাইলাম। আপনার জন্য শুভকামনা।
