Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah, I hope everyone is well, I am also well by the grace of Alhamdulillah. I will now write a few words related to the topic of this contest. As much as I have an idea about the subject, I will try to give the maximum. I hope everyone will like this post and my expression. So let's get started without delay.

The characteristics of the student discussed in the subject-based post are the mental, physical, social characteristics of the student that affect the education process of the students. These are analyzed below:-

• Mental traits:- These include interest in education, students' interest in education such as interest in a subject, be it science, mathematics, English, art, etc. When the student reads about the subject of his interest, his learning process will improve.

• Emotion control: Students' emotions affect their learning process, such as their feelings, courage, confidence, etc. improve their learning process.

• Physical characteristics: Students' physical abilities affect their teaching, a physically healthy student may be more focused on studies, but a sick student cannot.

• Social Traits: If students are socially active, such as good relationships with classmates, and are adept at teamwork, leadership qualities, then the learning process of the students improves.

• Cognitive Traits: Students' ability to solve small problems and the ability to overcome adversity has an impact on the knowledge acquisition of students.

• characteristics: Hard work and perseverance play an important role in the progress of students' studies.

Observation and discussion are important for identifying the characteristics of students, through this method they help to identify the characteristics of students by observing their behavior, learning habits, and communication patterns.

1) Steps of the procedure:–

• Specific goal selection: First, you have to select, what characteristics to observe, such as attention, interest in learning, problem-solving skills, etc.

2) Observation:–

In various activities of the student, we will keep an eye on the behavior and movement of the students.
Such as:-

• Whether the teacher listens attentively in the classroom, or whether he is attentive in the classroom.
• Whether interested in teamwork. And how to handle all the work.
• How interested you are in asking questions and answers, etc.

3) Questions and Discussions:

Direct discussions with students.
As I would ask:-

• Students are more interested in reading about a topic.
• When there is a problem, how to solve it, etc.

4) Providing Activities or Tasks:-

Giving students different tasks.

• For example, solving a problem, or completing a project as a team.

5) Data Collection and Analysis

In this way, sitting with everyone in the class, discussing and observing everyone's problems, listening to the solution is to find a solution.

I selected one of my students for observation. And the results I got are presented below:-

1) Attention:

• The students were very attentive to studies, since I teach the Qur'an to my students, attention is very important to learn the Qur'an and to learn the verses correctly. And my student was very attentive.

2) Interest in education:

• I have seen a good interest in my students in learning the Quran and Hadith, which has made me happy.

3) Social characteristics:

• They were a little behind in group work, felt more comfortable working alone, but they tried.

4) Problem-solving skills:

• They have problem-solving skills. I gave them some tasks that were relatively difficult but they solved it.

After completing the difficult tasks, when I verify the test. The results are good.

The questions, tasks or projects that require critical thinking and in-depth analysis for students with proficiency in the characteristic section are presented below:-

Relevant for students:-

1. For highly knowledgeable and skilled students.
2. For students who are interested in solving problems.
3. For logical and thoughtful students.

Questions and Projects:-

1. Connecting theory to real life.
2. Data analysis skills.
3. Innovative thinking.

Activities:-

1. Questions: Providing questions to students such as,
   Presented three innovative approaches to solve the problem of global warming.

2. Tasks:– To organize opinion and debate competitions of different parties.

3. Project: Determine a problem and create a solution method.

Importance of critical thinking:-

• Increases the depth of students' thinking.
• Creativity increases.
• Are interested in problem solving.

They are always ready and active with good education in deep analysis and thinking.

When a student feels depressed or anxious, especially in assessment situations. Such students belong to the characteristics of the anxious class. Such students feel nervous during their assessment or exam, and this has a bad effect on their self-confidence.

Reasons:-

• They don't think they can achieve good results.
• The problem aggravates if adequate preparations are not taken.
• Without family support, the problem increases.
• Problems increase when high expectations are met in the family or society.
• Problems increase if you have bad experiences in the past.

Solution:-

• Create a positive environment, encourage students to succeed in small successes.
• Providing support to students to prepare adequately, such as creating a specific routine.
• Building student confidence, comforting students if they do badly, and encouraging them to do better later. Like, you tried a lot, later you can, there was no shortage of your efforts. Etc.

Efforts to delight and encourage students who have lost their thinking and morale in various ways are important.

By adopting this method, it is possible to increase the confidence of the students and reduce anxiety.
