The characteristics of the student discussed in the subject-based post are the mental, physical, social characteristics of the student that affect the education process of the students. These are analyzed below:-

  • Mental traits:- These include interest in education, students' interest in education such as interest in a subject, be it science, mathematics, English, art, etc. When the student reads about the subject of his interest, his learning process will improve.

  • Emotion control: Students' emotions affect their learning process, such as their feelings, courage, confidence, etc. improve their learning process.

  • Physical characteristics: Students' physical abilities affect their teaching, a physically healthy student may be more focused on studies, but a sick student cannot.

  • Social Traits: If students are socially active, such as good relationships with classmates, and are adept at teamwork, leadership qualities, then the learning process of the students improves.

  • Cognitive Traits: Students' ability to solve small problems and the ability to overcome adversity has an impact on the knowledge acquisition of students.

  • characteristics: Hard work and perseverance play an important role in the progress of students' studies.

  • The students were very attentive to studies, since I teach the Qur'an to my students, attention is very important to learn the Qur'an and to learn the verses correctly. And my student was very attentive.
2) Interest in education:
  • I have seen a good interest in my students in learning the Quran and Hadith, which has made me happy.
3) Social characteristics:
  • They were a little behind in group work, felt more comfortable working alone, but they tried.
4) Problem-solving skills:
  • They have problem-solving skills. I gave them some tasks that were relatively difficult but they solved it.

  • Increases the depth of students' thinking.
  • Creativity increases.
  • Are interested in problem solving.
