Recently, I had the opportunity to visit MIN 3 Lhokseumawe City (formerly MIN Kutablang), one of the well-known Islamic primary schools in Lhokseumawe City. The purpose of this visit was to deliver my thesis research permit. While carrying out the main purpose, I would like to share an in-depth review of MIN 3 Lhokseumawe City.

MIN 3 Lhokseumawe City is strategically located in the city center, close to Kuta Blang Mosque and residential areas. However, this central location is also a challenge in itself due to limited land. The school area is relatively small, a common dilemma for schools in the city center that have difficulty expanding.
I took the time to inspect all the rooms and facilities. MIN 3 Lhokseumawe City is known as a favorite school that attracts the public because of its distinctive religious-based education program. Every year, the number of applicants is always booming. This school is under the auspices of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Lhokseumawe City.
Based on preliminary information, the number of students in this school reaches 554 people, divided into 19 study groups (rombel). Due to limited space, teaching and learning activities are divided into two shifts, namely morning classes and afternoon classes. The number of teachers and education personnel is 43.
One of the main attractions of this school is the digital-based learning facilities. They have a digital classroom where students learn using their own laptops with the help of the "Jelajah Ilmu" (Jeli) app, a third-party learning platform. This collaboration with the Jeli app helps students and teachers in the teaching and learning process.

Imagine, elementary school children are already learning using digital technology, while other schools may still use traditional methods with paper and pen. This is an innovation that should be appreciated in facing the changes and challenges of the times. Although digital-based, the school still provides space for students who want to learn traditionally without technological devices.
When visiting the digital classrooms, I saw adequate facilities, such as fans, infocus screens, and laptops for teachers. The classroom walls are decorated with student work, posters of national heroes and Acehnese heroes, creating an innovative and creative atmosphere.
The principal's room is spacious and clean, equipped with a CCTV monitor screen that allows the principal to monitor student and teacher activities in various areas of the school.
The principal's room also contains a number of student achievement trophies. Photos of former principals are on display, showing the history and journey of the school. Some of the principals in the photos are quite familiar to me, as they were my teachers when I was at school.
Alhamdulillah, the principal welcomed my visit and expressed his readiness to be interviewed at any time. He was also willing to assist me in completing my study, both in the form of documents and other important information that supported the research.
Next, I visited the administrative staff room and the teachers' room. Due to limited space, these two rooms are combined into one. The administrative staff here are very friendly and willing to help guests who come.
In this room, I was able to see the school's organizational structure. Unfortunately, I did not find the teacher assigned as the manager of the student health unit (UKS) and the counseling guidance teacher (BK).

Interestingly, in every corner of the schoolyard there are posters aimed at shaping students' behavior and knowledge, such as the school culture, stop bullying posters and Pancasila student profile posters. Some of the messages in the School Culture posters are quite good in encouraging discipline and protecting the school environment.

The school canteen is simple and small, but is decorated with posters of food and drinks and daily prayers before eating. This shows the school's efforts in instilling positive values in students.
Overall, MIN 3 Lhokseumawe City has adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as friendly staff and employees. The main drawback lies in the limited land area, which results in limited classrooms and study groups. However, the school remains a favorite due to the innovation and quality of education offered, as evidenced by a number of achievements. The colorful green buildings and cleanliness of the school environment also make the atmosphere here feel comfortable.

Thus this article, hopefully useful and inspiring all who read it. Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to comment.
