Greetings to you @memamun. I'm happy to be here once again. I know teachers are models, reflectors of positive lifestyles and so students depends on the expressions of their characteristics, if it's negative, surely there'll be a negative turn, and if it's positive, parents would be proud having their children's life transformed by the influence of a single teacher who poses positive character.
You talked about manners. Manners are unique traits that can be derived from certain system—emanating system.
As a teacher, I teach manners by using myself as a picture for them. I do much work in building myself, looking good in my dressing, perfect my communication skills; so that I can become a genuine model for them. My characters, actions and approaches can be a self-teacher to them.
Remember, children learn faster by teachers actions, approach and expressions. So when they look at my characters, they are compelled to learn by force. Most times I don't have to talk them down before they copy. Privately, few of them I've approach me on the road before saying Aunt. We love your cooperation. Nothing more I will say than a factual applaud.
Manners are unique traits. If you don't make it unique, it will rather kill the next person taking you as a model.
Like I said, most times I don't have to go on air to let my students learn manners. My physical expression is capable of changing their minds, blending their communication ability to sound effective. So if I wanna help few people here, the steps are:
- Dress well.
When you dress well. It'll be easier for you to convince the students to also dress well. But when you look tattered, you can't give what you don't have. It's bad teachers that will advise their students to do A and them they are doing B.
- Learn to speak in public.
This are simple manners that can heal billions of people all over the world. You learn to speak, your expression of phonetics can compelled them too to learn to speak.
- Give them what you want them to look like.
If you want them to be productive, make research, build yourself before coming out to teach. Don't give them fake informations, they will grow with that. And can't really make you proud.
So for me, I give my students what I what I want them to look like. My actions speaks louder.....
Yes! Teachers are substitute—second parents in the hands of nature. Parents understand their children more than teachers do. While most parents do not understands. I need to gather enough information from parents about their children, so I can majestically walk into their life with styles.
There are students that would pretend to be obedient the moment they see you in the class. But the moment they leave the classroom they become broken eggs. Parents can tell their stories more to you. So I don't just walk alone, I request for the attention of my students parents too.
I will use Jonathans technique. Jonathan here was once a president of Nigeria. He demonstrated their technique during his reign as a president. My students can always learn to follow his technique. He will be polite, simple and adjustable to any fit.
I invite @naka05, @ngoenyi and @eglis to participate in this contest.
You have a well structured presentation of manner's lesson packed with unique real world examples. Thanks so much for the knowledge

If you are really a teacher, it would be better if you use photos when you teach rather than using photos sourced from the internet.
