Hello, greetings to all. Welcome to this week's engagement challenge and yet another week to teach and to learn. In our previous lessons we have seen how to develop a composed lesson plan and also a tip on micro teaching. This week we will be focused on educational management.
To begin, let's get to know what educational management is all about.
Educational management is the process of planning and organizing resources within a school or any educational institution. This involves, staffing, budgeting, curriculum development and ensuring educational goals are met. It is a necessary backbone for a successful educational system, creating a comfortable environment for the teachers and Learners development.

- About the college:
Success Bilingual college is a bilingual educational system starting from grade 1 right of to grade 12. The college is pronounced for its outstanding results, Well organize structure, And good management scheme.
- Planning: usually schools resume in September, this college ensures that they draft a well sophisticated plan which is going to run through the academic Year. Planning begins in June taking month of July and August.
Alongside , a budget for the academic Year is discussed by the administration and measures are taken to execute it into action.
- Organizing: Done with the planning stage, the school system moves forward to a location of hours, based on the availabilities of teachers, drawing a timetable which is going to be used for the academic Year and this timetable is not fixed, it can be rotated as need arises.
Teachers are given the opportunity to pick their days which they are most comfortable with and the total number of days they can give, including the desired number of hours they wish to tutor.
- Directing: 2 weeks before school's resume, there is a general meeting involving all the staffs, and proprietor or proprietress. In this meeting, colleagues get to meet each other and interact and learn each and everyone is assigned or reminded of what they are task for.
Before rounding up, the rules and regulations of the school are Read to everyone And each copy is shared to all staffs. Alongside with a copy of individual timetable. While there are no more questions or doubts, the meeting is over.
- Implementing: everything set and done, it's time for implementing. Teachers are reminder of their task and caution of good conduct. Why are schools have resume, each and everyone is busy and making sure their Learners are up to task.
The educational system is divided into three trimesters,
First term , second and third term. This is Set to take place In a duration of 9 months. The first term occupying 4 months, second term covering 3 months and third term Taking 2 months.
Two assessment are given in each term., with the final exam at the end of the term. Results are compiled and report cards are issued to students at the end of each term.
- Controlling: To ensure that the teaching learning process is moving on smoothly, teachers are obliged to give weekly reports on their progress and lessons so far. Equally Head of departments are obliged To give an often report for the three terms.
This reports are analyzed and discussed on to ensure improvement and realize better results.

No matter how good something is lapses will always occur. The managerial problems I noticed And the college is that instructions are not decentralized.
A proprietor is the center of authority and some task which could be divided among the principal and the administration are only issued by him. Such as colleagues taking permission which is the duty and does of the administration. But it is not the case.
Also the educational system here focus more on Business minded instead of implementing the real educational objectives. When a school system begins to focus more on money than the actual curriculum, problems will arise.
Lastly, teachers don't have that free freedom of speech as they are silenced on the proposals , Left with no option but to obey the instructions of the administration.

The planning of the educational system is good, that part is okay, The problem arises at the level of directing, implementing and control.
Leading or motivating staff is quite lacking which is an issue which should be addressed. Also going to the implementation , some aspects I'm not taken into consideration such as purchasing costly equipment for educational needs. Example printers And computers. This slows studies and office work.
The control too Is poorly executed since instructions are not Dynamic decentralized but centralized.
What I suggest is the right solution to the problem |

First of all, they should be a decentralized system of instruction which certain task can be handled at different levels rather than waiting for instructions from the higher authority.
Also, teacher should be given freedom of speech to contribute to what they think might benefit the educational system. As humans, we are full of ideas and one never knows which idea is going to be best for the system. So each and every contribution should be reviewed if possible executed.
Lastly, The administration or Central authority should not be focused on money but make available the educational tools require for learning. Computers Lacking Make students not to study The instructed curriculum as they are unable to carry out practicals. Sometimes photocopies are also impossible. I will advise the school system to invest in this domain system will be running smoothly.
To conclude, By efficiently allocating resources and implementing strategic planning, educational management contributes significantly to the achievement of educational goals.

Di saat guru tidak di berikan kesempatan untuk berpendapat maka ide-ide cemerlang akan terkubur hidup-hidup, tetapi pekerjaan pemerintah sudah sangat banyak tidak mungkin untuk membeli peralatan sekolah pun harus mereka yang mengatur, dan tidak semua sekolah membutuhkan komputer atau lainnya, makanya mereka memberikan uang bagi sekolah dan sekolahlah membelikan apa saja kebutuhan bagi sekolah mereka.
