Welcome to my blog once again. Hope you all are doing great? It was a cool day for and i thank God for the gift of life. I also want to appreciate @steemalive for her tiredless efforts towards the growth of the steemalive community. Today i wish to share with you how i prepared my plantain porrage. Actually i was thought how to prepare it by a female friend of mine so i decided to try it today. Please read through and feel free to drop a comment if you have any question or correction.
- Plantain
- Red oil
- Crefish
- Fresh paper
- Onion
- Maggi
- Salt
Step 1: I grinded my crefish, my fresh papper and cut my onion into a plate as shown below.
Step 2: i sliced my plantain into a bool, wash it properly and then put it in a pot with water inside and then placed it on fire and then allowed it to boil very well. Lets say like 20 or 30minutes so the unrape plantain will get soft. as shown below.
Step 3: when it is as soft as i wanted it, i added my onion, fresh papper, crefish and salt inside and then turn it together for it to circulate. As shown below
Step 4: after awhile like 5minutes, i added my red oil inside and turn it together again for it to circulate very well and then allow it to boil for some minutes, like 4minutes before bringing it down.
