Welcome to my blog once again. Hope you all are doing greet? Today I will love to share with you all the Coronation ceremony/the dedication of the new palace of the king of my town. Trust me we have one of the best palace in Nigeria. Please stay read through as I share with you in detail how the event took place and how the atmosphere of my town was on that day.

About My Town

I am from Okrika in Rivers State.what3words Okrika is a small and peaceful village in Rivers State that has welcomed and accommodated strenagers from different places to live among us as one. Currently okrika is the most peaceful village in Rivers State because of the king we have who is a peace ambassador in Nigga Delta. Because of that even politicians come into our village to and fro without any fear. Okrika is mall but mighty village in Rivers State due to the battles we have won in the past before peace came in. About The Palace/Coronation

On the 28^the of November 2021, The King of ancient Okochiri kingdom in okrika celebrated the opening of his new palace and also the Coronation of the Governor of Rivers state as a chief in Okrika kingdom. The event was a memorable one, the kingdom was full of dignitaries from all over Nigeria. Below are pictures of some of the pictures taken during the event.

During the Governors speech, he acknowledged everyone that gave him support for his Coronation as a chief I okrika and also said the palace of Hrm King Ateke Tom is the best palace he has ever seen in Nigeria. He went on to also promise the okrika kingdom more developments like roads and political positions to the people of okrika.

He also thanks the people of okrika kingdom for the supports given to him during his political ambition. He said the okrikans played a major rule as to what made him a governor today and so will always supports them in return when ever they call upon him.

The place was spiritually dedicated to God by the Bishop of the Diocese of Okrika Rt Rev Enoch Atuboyedia jp.

The whole day was full of enjoyment as the people of okrika celebrated the new palace with joy in the heart. Below is the night view of the whole palace including the compound.
