One thing that comes to mind is what kind of name is this, and what does it stand for right.
let educate ourselves this fruit is very popular is this part of the world and its popular called awi, that the name we call it generally here in Nigeria, its has a lot of vitamin and also mineral in it...but we don't mind to get the depth of what its English name is called only few like me know it.

Dialium cochinchinense, the velvet tamarind, is a species of plant in the family Fabaceae. It is found in Ghana, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nigeria, Thailand, Vietnam and many west African countries.[2][3] It is threatened by habitat loss.

This is really informative.In the Eastern part of Nigeria we call it Abanchekeku.....it is best enjoyed when one is back from the farm.
