Today is a ghost town in Bamenda which is due to the current Anglophone crises. So it's official that we have ghost Mondays since 3yrs till date

I got up today very early at about 6am, then did my morning prayers, after that I went and eased my self then came back and manipulated my phone. After browsing, I then brushed my teeth then made hot tea and drank since places were too cool.
Now I'm preparing to go to the field because it's official that we play football all Mondays since it's usually ghost town days. So I will be joining up with my team mates soon in the field. But I will keep updating you guys as the day unfolds

Sorry today is a ghost town in our area so the Hospital is far away from my locality. So no spotlight for me today
Going to the field
Since morning I have been in the field playing ball. I arrived the field at 9am then did a little warm up before our match commerce at 10am. We played for exactly 2hours and so luckily we warn the match 3 2.
During the encounter
After the match, we had a brief meeting and discussed certain developments in our team then finally separated and left back home.
After the football match
I arrived home at 1pm then took my bath emmidiately. Right now I'm eating my delicious rice beans. I will be updating you guys as the day unfolds. See you guys later and stay safe y'all

Hello good Evening dear friends, it's me @chiabertrand reporting live from Bamenda in an Anglophone region here in Cameroon.
Today was really a tiring day for me because after coming back from the field, I took my bath then ate and rested by taking a short nap. I got up feeling so tired and feeling body pains as a result of the football match, so I took pain killer medicine 💊 then browsed for sometime before putting an action movie on my laptop to watch. After watching the movie, I then switch to telenovela channel and watched a Philipino series film titled soldier heart. The episode of today just finished about 20mins ago, so I'm browsing now and will sleep only at about 10pm.
