See how I cooked my white potatoes with vegetable sauce

We can't do without food and water. As a woman, sometimes, I used to get inspiration on how to cook certain food. Once that inspiration comes, I decided to give it a trial. This time, I decided to cook white potatoes with vegetable sauce. @marajah hope you are ready to learn this new method?? Alright, here is my complete ingredients below 👇.

  • Potatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Carrots
  • Pumpkin leaf
  • Maggi cube
  • Fresh tomatoes
  • Fresh paper
  • Onions
  • Groundnuts oil
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Ginger and garlic
  • Crayfish

Now, after listing out the ingredients, let's go to the cooking process. It took up to 4 stages. Let's start from stage 1 till the end.

Stage 1

Here, I first pill the potatoes with a sharp kitchen knife. After pulling off the back, I washed it twice with a clean water. Wash the size of pot that will contain the potatoes and put it inside it. Added the good amount of water and put it on the fire. I quickly entered stage 2 which is slicing of the vegetables since am using gas cooker for the cooking.

Stage 2

In stage 2, I washed my tray very well because I will be using it to slice those vegetables. Before slicing, I used a clean water to wash those Vegetables with water and salt. I started with the cucumbers, later Fresh tomatoes, carrots, Onions and pumpkin leaf. After the slicing, I grinded my crayfish along side the fresh pepper, garlic and ginger. You can see them at middle of the tray. Now, let's move to the next one.

Stage 3

First, was to check if my potatoes is done. It seems I forget to tell you that I added salt to the potatoes while cooking for nice taste. It's already 30 minutes boiling in the fire. In this stage, the potatoes is done. So, I brought it down from the fire sieve out the waters and put another clean pot on top of the gas. I put little water, added the grinded stuff's, with salt and 1 seasoning cubes. I allowed it to boil for 10 minutes before adding the pumpkin leaf. After 2 minutes, I added the sliced onions, mixed it together and add carrots. Then, I off the gas cylinder and added the last things which is cucumbers and fresh tomatoes. It's good to eat raw to get the all the nutrients and vitamins in it.
