Hello Great steemitan, happy weekend to you all, my week has been very busy as I have been part of the exciting contest, as organized by @steemalive, which has brought out some cooking styles in us and has also given our family to eat some food that was like forgotten somewhere along the line due to the English way of cooking some food by us. For me cooking is a lifestyle because as a woman and mother I owe my family delicious delicacys so as to keep all of us strong and healthy.

Today we will be cooking Rice and vegetables source for the contest.
Rice is a rich source of carbohydrates which gives the body energy to do work.
While vegetables are fruit we need to build the body, mineral, vitamin, blood builder and the egg there is for protein, while the vegetable oil is for fat-oil. What a good combination and balance diet.

LET'S GET DOWN TO THE STEPS

The first thing to do is to wash your rice in a clean container to avoid dust from the market place ,put it in a clean pot and par-boil the rice for like 20mins, pour it in a filter for the water to drain out, then put the pot back on the fire pit the rice in , add water, salt and vegetables-oil to give it a good teast. Look at👇👇👇 the picture you cover the pot and allow it to cook and get soft.

STEP TWO

You get all the vegetables and start to prepare them one after the other.
I started sliceing the onion and later cut the tomatoes, slice the vegetables leafs and the egg, when I had finished them I set it in a place getting it ready for cook. Here is it.

FINALLY STEP

Set the front pan on the lighter gas, allow it to dry water because it was washed, then introduce the vegetable-oil ,add onion, and tomatoes, the Maggie, vegetable leafs then allow it cook for about 5mins, so that all the nutrients will not be cooked to kill, after which you add the eggs and trun it.
The source it ready for food.

The process is slowly,as you add the vegetables, one after another and as the egg was add, it changed the face of the source wow.

Eating good food is one of the essential one needs in life,it ensure that our immune system is built very strong to enable us fight any kind of sickness or health related matter .
